The cashier took our order after making food, then took a phone call, then finished making our order. The cashier never washed his hands! I could not eat, I was so disgusted! You can not trust stopping at any of their locations for a safe meal anymore!

I don’t get it. The “world famous mac” was buttered noodles with a sprinkle of cheese on top. I didn’t even get the smallest hint of cheese beyond that layer. The pad thai also felt like buttered noodles except with crushed peanuts mixed in. The tofu was good? I’m more confused than anything. People really seem to like this place but it was some of the worst takeout I’ve ever gotten.

Great food, great choices, great healthier options. One thing I always get is one of those giant rice crispy treats. Except….the one I got last time seemed like it was half made….not mixed completely in the marshmallow/butter mixture. Very dry cereal in some spots with barely any marshmallow mixture – and yet clumps of marshmallow in other spots. I don’t think they were like that before.

Ordered and paid for 2 Rice Krispies (menu photo for reference) which I get every visit because they’re normally delicious! However, I received 3 miscellaneous mini sized krispies(other photo with beverage cup for scale reference). Hopefully next time they’ll be the full treat.

Merry Christmas to you too Noodles in Fitchburg!!! I arrived about 20 minutes early for my pickup order and they were able to get it out sooner for me. I didn’t have good customer service at the one off Gammon a couple of weeks ago but now I know the Fitchburg location is much better.

Just weird – I was with a party of 3 for dine-in, yet my order was set up to-go, and I had to remind them of my beverage purchase. I don’t know how they put together a dry bowl of buttered noodles, but somehow they succeeded. N&C is normally a go-to when I’m on the road – my first negative experience with one.
