I ordered delivery through this location by 27th street, and instead of a small buttered noodles with parm chicken and a side of mac and cheese, I got a regular buttered noodles, no chicken and no side of mac. I called about a partial refund twice to the location, it rings and rings and then disconnects without someone answering. It’s frustrating to have an inaccurate order, and not be able to reach someone to make it right.

I came in after an orthodontist appointment put in my order got a table and then went to the bathroom by the time I got back my food was on the table on my way out I noticed one of their doors were broken so I went out to my car got a screwdrive and came back in and asked if they had the missing bolt they did so I put it back together and they offered me a free rice crispy or cookie which I declined then left and went home

Ordered a regular and got a half empty bowl… called to complain and was told that they are “Portioning correctly”… if I wanted a small I would have ordered one. I emailed corporate and they never responded. So there you have it. If you want noodles go to one of the other locations.
