I love Noodles and company and I think their food is great but… The last time I ate there, was 8-18-23, my friend and I just wanted a quick bite to eat so we had takeout. The noodles were very under cooked and very hard you could barley bite them. Not only this but I have visited here before and got treated absolutely terrible. The employees are very rude towards you and do not communicate well. As well as they barley even put any noodles in the bowl they give you mind you I get buttered noodles in a regular bowl so I’m paying for more noodles, but it is not worth it because they don’t fill the bowl up. I get that the service industry is high in demand looking for people working and stuff. About a month ago I waited with a friend for more than an hour for food at 7 pm at night!! And when we asked about it they said it was just sitting at the counter and it was cold when we got it. All they said was that they were sorry which is fine but I received cold food… Anyways if you want to go here I would definitely recommend going somewhere else that is worth your money and time.

I used to come here very frequently. Since COVID this location has produced significantly lower quality food and service. The quantities are smaller, the flavor is poor, and more mistakes are made in orders. I’m not sure if it’s due to staffing issues or noodles and company as a whole company, but the overall experience has worsened over the past few years. I don’t think I’ll be coming here anymore. It’s really too bad, I used to really enjoy their dishes

We have been here before and it was always good. Now, the portion sizes are tiny and they still charge a fancy price. $47 for a salad, 3 tiny bowls of noodles and 3 drinks. I got there late and they were short staffed. They said it would be a wait just to order. So, I skipped that idea and I went to Pick N Save across the street and I bought a steak to cook at home. My family said they don’t care to go here for noodles any time soon 🙁

This is the absolute worse service Ive had ever 22min had to take togo food sat on counter for 7mins before i went to counter said take it togo now im late for a movie after paying $52.00 with a 15% tip they were only working on togo orders by the time i left the store i didnt want to express my frustration due to be late now. I ordered extra cheese got a sprinkle on mac with double steak also not doubled this was a complete let down thanx sooooo much i hope this feed back can help all of us because noodles used to be a fave, now not so much!

Hands down the greatest experience I’ve ever had getting lunch on my break in the past 12 years. The people working up front made me feel welcome, with big smiles on their faces. They also helped me pick out my fantastic lunch and brought it out in a jiffy! W service. 10/10 would recommend folks!

My wife ordered on one today. I showed up to pick it up 5 minutes after my pick up time. I politely asked when my ordered would be ready and was told it was next in line. I waited 40 minutes in the lobby of the restaurant waiting for the order that was next in line and watch 8 others get their food. When I finally received the order the guy said sorry for the mix up. I checked the order and it was the wrong order. Finally got the correct order after another 10 minutes.

Went to Noodles in Menomonee Falls to spoil myself with a little meal for my birthday today. I ordered buttered noodles with a side of mac n cheese). All of the noodles listed below almost broke my tooth, as they are rock solid. There was only about 3 people in the store including myself, so not busy at all. Not to mention, the woman at the cashier register, “Ms. Nikki” whom placed my order, walked away about 3 times while she was placing my order & when I put my card in, walked away so I waited and finally said so… do I need a number or something? she responded no so i walked away after paying…

Went inside and ordered food Sat there for 30 minutes waiting on our name to be called. 2 groups of people were served that came in after us ate and left. I check the online order shelf just for our food to have been put there rather than handed to us like they usually do. 30 min wait for $40 of cold food.

Im not sure what happened to this location. Last year it was warm, inviting, friendly. The food was amazing. Last night was the opposite. It was dark, dirty, tables where not clean, trash was overflowing. I ordered online and came in when it notified me on the app. I let an employee know and she ignored me. I had to wait ten minutes just for her to come to me with attitude and ask what I want. I told her I ordered online and was waiting. I pointed to my order and she rolled her eyes and gave it to me. I had to wait 45 minutes and it was sitting on the self behind the counter the whole time. I took my food home and reheated it. I found not one, not two but FIVE HAIRS in my food. Disgusting. I will NEVER return to this location. If anyone knows corporates number id appreciate it
