I placed an order for pickup on the app, the food was ready when I arrived and as always, it was delicious! I noticed the next day there was three pending charges from the one purchase I made. I took the survey letting them know about the issue. I was emailed by the assistant General manager right away letting me know he checked their system and only one payment cleared and another was kicked back and if the charges went through to let him know so it could be escalated to get the problem fixed. The pending charges dropped from my account within a couple days, but I greatly appreciate his quick response and willingness to help! Great customer service and food!

My wife and I came here for a lunch date once and we actually enjoyed it. I like the spicy adobo pasta with pork. They garnish it well with a teaspoon of sour cream, limes, and cilantro. Mix it all up and squeeze that lime in there and you have a delicious lunch! My wife enjoyed the buttered noodles with chicken. They even have a decent kids menu with an organic juice choice. Their portions are also very generous. My only issue is that the silverware (the forks are not plastic, they’re metal) is out in the open making it easy for them to be contaminated.
