First time trying Noodles & company. It was a rainy Saturday around the 11:45am. Only 1 couple in the store and a few carry out orders. Nice selection of items on the menu. Got the large portion sizes, though next time I might just order a kids size. So much food. What’d you’d expect for the price. Nice seating areas. Will try different things the next time we go too. Yes, we already plan on going back.

I hate writing negative reviews, I like the concept of Noodles and Co. but this is the second chance I’ve given them and I don’t know what’s up, I don’t know if it’s this location specifically or the company as a whole. The first time I went to Noodles and Co. about a month ago I got the Penne Rosa and it was bad. The sauce was so watered down to the point where it had no flavor or pigment I was eating straight plain noodles with some cut up tomatoes. I decided to give it another shot today and got the Pad Thai and I honestly think it’s worse then the Penne Rosa, I mean there’s absolutely no sauce in there the noodles are tuff and literally flavorless, it’s really disappointing paying $13 for something like that. I know that Noodle and Co. doesn’t specialize in asian cuisine and I like the concept of fast on the go noodles rather then having to go to a sit down restaurant but for goodness sake at least add some sauce???

Ordered a bowl of Japanese Pan Noodle but saw left over pasta in it. The portion was extremely small, more like snack sized. It tasted like microwaved food from traderjoes. This shouldn’t possibly cost 7 bucks.

I had the Impossible Chicken Lo Mein and it was delicious! Very flavorful. Service was just ok. They messed up my husbands order and they gave him a smaller portion than what we paid for. Manager gave us the correct order later though, so that was cool but we had to wait a while. I give them 3 stars not because of the food, the food is very good, but they serve in plastic even if it’s not for take out. All plastic plastic plastic, so unnecessary and bad for the planet!! There are certainly affordable alternatives for all that plastic and you don’t have to serve plastic in the restaurant.

Overall, Noodles & Co. is a good fast casual restaurant. Not quite as good as they used to be 4 years ago, but still competitive. They used to serve dine-in orders in a reusable ceramic bowl, now everything is single use plastic. The noodles also tasted a bit dryer than I remember, but still delicious. A good choice on a rainy day. Thankfully their prices haven’t changed much over their years, and the portions are a good value for your money.

Noodles were very thick and rubbery. There were very few people eating in but the tables were all dirty and we had to ask for items that were empty at the drink station. It was sad because my grandson wanted to eat somewhere new. I had eaten there years before and loved it. He did like the pot stickers but his main course, was not good.

I ordered my lunch today from the Noodles and Co., Cameron Village, Raleigh location. First, I was thoroughly impressed! My favorite Japanese Pan Noodles were prepared just the way I enjoy them! They were cooked well, but not overcooked…also, imo, the chicken, pasta, snap peas, and feta cheese were perfectly balanced too, and the dish was so pretty! When I return, I’m going to let the staff know in person. After everything our local restaurants have been through during the ongoing COVID pandemic, I was especially thankful today! 🙂

So disappointing! If you’re going to order Pad Thai just order it from a real Thai restaurant. This chain has no idea. I ordered a side of Broccoli and I swear it was cold & raw. I did like their menu on UberEats. Lots of options to tailor make your dish. Sorry that’s the only good comment.
