its not easy to order noodles online and make notes for allergy’s and i know that’s out of a specific locations control. but when my only option is to ask for cheese on the side i’d hope they’d be able to do that. this is now my fourth time (yes 4th, i use to work for noodles and it’s my fav dish so what) ordering and asking for the cheese on the side bc i cant even say no cheese. they mark it off saying it was completed, then i get my food and there’s cheese all over it. the extra 1/2 order of noodles is hit or miss. sometimes it’s there sometimes it’s not. luckily doordash can easily give me a solution abt spending all this money it’s just frustrating to order and its always wrong. at least they always remember my extra sauce that’s why they get two stars <3

Nice floor plan, friendly server, food just ok. Price steep for what you get. $1 for each vegetable, and they forgot my mushrooms. One of the stool seats was broken off and left sitting on top of table. Cooks were chatting and staring out front window instead of doing something productive.

Rather good food and great service. It’s good that they focus on what their title says: noodles. It’s a bit of a shame that the menu hasn’t seen any innovation in over a decade, and the non-noodle options such as side soups have even been removed.

I had a fabulous experience at Noodles and Company Apex. The cashier went above and beyond to make sure my food (Pad Thai) was delicious. The cilantro garnish was impeccable and elevated the dish to the extreme. My first bite felt like I had been lifted from my seat on the booth and into clouds of flavor. And they have a Coca Cola freestyle machine!!!!!!!! Which is becoming more rare these days. My one complaint is: I wish the hours were longer! I wish this fine establishment was open 24 hours, so I could satisfy my noodles craving any time of the day or night. Possibly, what if they opened a bed and breakfast at this location? So you could spend a night at the Noodles and Company. Just a thought. Thank you Noodles and Company Apex for a positively heavenly experience.

Ate at 7:40 – They close at 9, but seemed like they were ready to go. The guy taking our order was quiet and then after selecting no to the forced tipping option, he just whispered. They were out of egg noodles so we asked for the spaghetti in the butter noodle bowl. The manager came to ask us if we wanted the seasoning and we said just butter, so they still arrived with a whole caked on layer of seasoning. Drink station trash was overflowing a container.

I’m not usually a fan of fast food, but my spouse really wanted to eat at this place, and who is one to deny their sweetie a craving. Well, it was a meal with diverse emotions and points of view. On the one hand, I didn’t like what I ordered because it had no flavor (the rigatoni), what my spouse ordered was good. These days ALL places are requesting staff and I want to understand that due to the lack of employees they do not have time to clean the place (let’s give them the benefit of the doubt), it is worth mentioning that the girl who took our order (she did not have a badge, so I didn’t know her name) was super kind and nice. Another thing that seemed super sad to me and that unfortunately many places do, is that even if you eat in, they give EVERYTHING in plastic containers ♀️. I personally am a person who is very much in favor of recycling and zero plastics, and the amount of plastic that is generated in these types of restaurants is terrifying! Anyway, I left with a feeling of: what a way to damage our planet, plus I didn’t eat well. At least someone did!

When Noodles &Company came out their food and service was to be rivaled. Now the food is hit or miss and the service is nonexistent. It has nothing to do with age as the manager who should be well mature enough to know is less than customer focused. They lock their entry doors an hour early to discourage customers from coming in. Corporate should under cover this store – they’d likely shut it down or start anew. So disappointed for the money spent
