Chain restaurants May carry the same menu but the management and staff carry the vibe. Overall I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with the staff and management at this branch. Consistency is the key and this makes me want to come back. Kudos tonight to Sean for turning my experience up a few notches. The food was pretty, yummy and you helped to make sure I walked away with a great experience going above and beyond.

Often we order large lunches here 12-15 people. While the food is ok, (quality over the past five years definitely declined) the rice crispy treats are still amazing. The last 3 times we have attempted to place orders over the internet it kicks out. Then we try and call it in… we are told the “ manager has to take the payment .. placed on hold for over 15min he picks up 2/3 times. Is very abrupt. Twice now we have gone to pick up the large order and told to pay when we get there ( for 12-15 people) and the order “ can’t be found !!! Highly frustrating!! The manager is very abrupt and takes zero responsibility. ** for the record order is placed when they open for a 1:30 pm pick up. If they can get their customer service together … and orders filled then would poss try again . Side note really miss the stroganoff:(

Uber eats has a crazy 20$ free for them but we got the fee waived so we would try them. Everything was cooked perfect. Kinda greasy and heavy but everything was delicious. Salad was great and fresh and the bread and butter completed everything.

I got the zoodles with pesto and grilled chicken. Wife got the pasta fresco. She didn’t want the shrimp with but they gave it to her and charged for it anyway. In short, the pesto was watered down and absolutely flavorless. The wife’s fresco had only a miniscule flavor of the balsamic. This place is an absolute travesty. Take what chipotle did for texmex and amplify that a thousand times.

The food was okay, but the people who were working at the time were rude. It’s bad enough that I stopped ordering here through Door Dash because the food was NEVER right. But to walk in and have a bad experience is something else. My family had to hear one girl say she wished she had known that we ordered meatballs because she would have told us it’s too late to order them. Then, she proceeded to not give us the Meatballs after we were charged for them. It was 9:30 and they closed at 10.
