My order was made incorrectly so I went back for them to make a new one (I am vegetarian and there was meat in my food). I understand mistakes happen to all of us sometimes and that is ok. However, when I told them the issue, no one said “sorry”. It was as if the front order taking staff was confused and forgot hospitality and what to do in those situations. I was appalled because I work in the food industry and a simple “sorry, for that” can go a long way. No one in the front seemed to care at all. The lack of customer service and basic manners was frustrating. The chef is the only one who said “enjoy the meal” at the very end when I was walking out.

It’s been 7 months since my last review of this location and it’s still going downhill. Not slowly either. The world we live in is all GrubHub, DoorDash, etc. so the inside is beginning to reflect that with taking out a whole register to use as a pickup counter and the island you used to be able to sit and eat at has no island seating.

Went in to pick my food up. Nobody said hello or anything. They all had airpods in. I asked if my order was ready nobody said anything one person looked over at where my bag was? Never get this in owings mills! Terrible customer service.

Used to eat here every week before band practice… nostalgic. The zoodle and cauliflower-pasta options helped trick my subconscious into thinking I was eating healthy. Don’t know if it was really, but it sure was good enough to keep me coming back again and again!

This location the food is not so tasty. Doesn’t taste fresh. I had the butter noodles with chicken. Noodles and chicken tasted overcooked. I also had the cheesy bread. The bread and the cheese was overcooked. In the pass experience years ago, of eating here, it has taste alot better. Bad experience with this location. Food left a nasty taste in my mouth. There prices should be a lot cheaper.

Ordered food to sit in and eat with my boyfriend. 2 small bowls. Waited 20 minutes and watched everyone who ordered after me leave before walking up to ask. After standing and waiting for so long to get someone’s attention, I’m told “We’re waiting on the Alfredo. It was cold.” 30 minutes after that, we finally receive our food and they’re both ice cold. We waited almost a full hour for them to give us cold food they said they were remaking because it was cold. Got a full refund and left hungrier than when I came in. All we got was a “Sorry about that.” Never again. Unacceptable service. Waste of time. I’ve never waited an hour for my food at a Noodles & Company.
