I just ate your white marsh. I was highly offended by one of your rude employees. As I came to the register she greeted and then proceeded to move to another register. And when I co- worker asked her if she was going to take my order. She replies no, the store was empty. So I can only assume she has an issue with waiting on Afro-Americans. Managers need to teach there employees how to better treat customers that contribute to their paychecks. (White young female with glasses) should be fired for her disrespect towards customers of color. I am sure this wasn’t the first time. She has done that. Will filing additional complaint with your corporate office.

Had a great meal. This is my first time at this chain. You order at the cash register and pay. They give you a number and you find your own table and put the plastic thing with your number in front of your place. You have to get your own flatware and napkins. They give you a cup, and you get your drink from the dispenser. It’s one of those drink dispensers with one nozzle and with a touch screen that gives you lots of choices of beverage.

Made my 1st visit here today, and sitting here writing this. I was really hoping to give it more stars but I had trouble finding a clean table when I walked in, only 2 other people here so not sure why dirty tables, finally selected my table and had to move because of flies. When I sat on the other side of the restaurant there were still flies there, and not just one fly but several. The food was good. I got the grilled chicken pesto pasta and while even with the cleanliness issue I was going to still give 4 stars. My only suggestion with the food would be, if your serving grilled chicken on top and it’s sliced, slice it… my pieces were all connected. I went down in stars because of the staff. There’s a group hanging around, loud, yelling and acting out. Is there not a manager in this place? I know it’s a fast casual dinner place, but come on let’s still make it an enjoyable place to eat. The pic is just a small group of the workers, there’s more that were sitting with them. Will I be back?? Maybe, the food was good and there are somethings I would like to try. I may do carryout or try a different location though.

They left items out of my online purchase and also added a 20% tip against my card.. when I mentioned it to Paul (short manager, little guy) he said “I am glad we could correct that” (funny – I found the error, not you or your “quality control”) no apology or anything… he got upset when i challenged him in front his staff on whom actually found the error (before a long drive home) and then Paul told me “you can just leave” – Zero customer service etiquette or skills.
