This was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve had recently. Ordered pick up on the app, their time pick up functionality malfunctioned and they started the order early. Called to set the time. Didn’t start making the food until I arrived (over an hour later). All substitutions I customized on the app were not given (the exclusions were the only thing followed), they didn’t give me the protein I ordered (but they charged me for (parm chicken)), didn’t give me the dressing on or on the side(so bland med salad), and to top it all off there was a hair in the salad so I had to stop eating my disappointing bland meal to begin with. So I got a less than the base Med Salad meal, but paid for all my up charges. That and their floor was so sticky and counters were gross. Despite them having delivery options they did not offer to send a driver to exchange the meal, but offered a refund that’s gunna take 3 days to process. AVOID THIS ONE!

I stopped in at the Camp Hill Noodles and Company and asked for a salad and gluten free mac and cheese. The person who took my order said I needed to order a chicken caesar or mediterranean salad. I said can I just have a salad with no chicken and nothing spicey. So I watch her put like a hand full of lettuce in a bowl, it maybe came half way up, then a sprinkle of grated cheese. I asked if that was all that was going in the salad. The reply was yes this is a chicken caesar with no chicken. At lease they could have added some more lettuce. Another person turned around and said that was my choice. I said I didn’t want it, honestly I couldn’t see paying nearly $8 for a handful of lettuce. She gave me a refund, but it is a shame they didn’t have the autonomy to add a few extra ingredients to appease a customer. I took the gluten free mac and cheese and left. Then when I went to eat my mac and cheese it wasn’t cooked thoroughly, yugg. Outside of the shell was soft, but center firm, almost crunchy.

This one on the West Shore opened about 6 months ago but I haven’t had a chance to visit (more like totally forgot about it). Recently they ran a promo with a $5 off for downloading their mobile app — a perfect opportunity to try it out.

I tried several dishes from this company and didn’t enjoy any of them. The food is so bland and noodles taste very weird, with a strange texture. Meatballs taste very fake and worse than frozen/ package ones. I’m surprised with the reviews.

Our first time eating here & it was delicious! The staff were friendly, service was fast, & having gender neutral bathrooms makes it great not just for LGBTQ+ inclusion, but also for parents. Overall, a great experience.

As usual, it was good. I was disappointed with them only once when they had served me burnt tomato basil bisque soup but that was a few months back. This time, the food was fresh and delicious. The staff was very friendly. I had ordered tomato basil bisque soup and zucchini romesco this time.

Second visit here. Asian and Italian styles, salads, as well as mac and cheese. Nice alternative to fast food.

We were looking for something different and this definitely fit the bill. Tasty noodle bowls at a decent price.

Worst Noodles and Co I’ve ever been to. We were the only people in the restaurant, so that should have tipped us off. Staff was friendly but food was horrible. I ordered chicken and what I got looked and tasted like burnt cardboard. When they brought us our food they gave us only two forks and one knife. Also the pot stickers my boyfriend got were served at room temperature. Would not recommend.
