I am giving 5 stars because I can’t give 6! The crispy pork is like Mexican chicharrón, the broth flavor has a subtle richness and the BBQ pork is sweet yet has a tang. Best noodles in AZ period.

Big portions of food, Guilin noodle bowl was delicious. Tried it with gluten free noodles and the noodles were cooked perfectly (& could not tell it was gluten free). Veggie spring rolls were delicious, crunchy, and served with a sweet and sour sauce. Dumplings had a nice crisp shell on the outside and was served with soy sauce. Spring rolls and dumplings could be big enough to make a lunch out of it. Excellent food.

Huge bowls of delicious noodle soups (that being said after a recent trip to Asia). Authentic flavors. Nice variety on the menu. Service is quick (order at counter and food delivered to table). They do have vegetarian and gluten free options.

The best shrimp rice noodle soup!!!! Huge and delicious. Great service, sat on patio. Also got crab rangoons which were perfectly cooked. And barbecued pork slices. Try the soup. Unbelievable!

We came here as a family for dinner and were not disappointed! Everything looked really good and full of flavor. Be warned the soup’s a bit salty but everything is cooked well and the servings are worth the price! Wouldn’t be surprised if we came back!

First visit to this restaurant. Walking in we were welcomed and then It’s similar to lot’s of places find yourself a table take a menu and order at the counter, a big smile and great attitude made the experience excellent. We ordered 3 different dishes including The hottest on the menu! Soft drinks and teas are available.
