My buddy wanted to try this Noodle St. after the Dodger game. We got the table right away. I was amazed that the noodle is made right there in the restaurant!!! Hand-made dumplings and cooked on the spot! So, that means everything is fresh. You can choose from four different types of noodles: Standard Riund, Small Flat, Triangle, or Knife Cut. My Shrimp Stir Fry Noodle was very tasty and very satisfying to my stomach.

this place are making noodles from scratch, definitely we’ll be coming back to this place to eat different dishes. the food is taste great you’ll have to take time eating your noodles or it’ll get sloppy. the service is good, the waiter will ask you what texture of noodles you’ll want. we ate dinner here and it’s pack I think is ’cause it’s weekend.
