I recently tried the Pork Belly Chow Mein and Pork Bun at this restaurant and I have to say, they were both excellent. The pork belly was cooked to perfection and paired perfectly with the noodles in the chow mein. The pork bun was also delicious, with a soft and flavorful filling. I was impressed with the speed of service, too – Highly recommend this restaurant and these dishes in particular.

I stopped by while passing through and did not regret my choice! As soon as I walked in I knew this was going to be a great experience, from the flowers blooming at the entrance to the welcoming atmosphere and attentive service. The food was great portion for the price and you could not beat the tender cook of the chicken and beef in the Mongolian Beef Noodle and Chicken Kung Pao dishes. The noodles were coated perfectly with a balanced sauce that kept me digging my chopsticks in for another savory bite after bite. Looking forward to coming back and enjoying some more taro bubble tea as well!

The food was good the whole family in joy it. The place was very clean and the noise level was low. Very comfortable environment. The do have to be careful if you are sitting in the back or trying to use the restroom because it is easy to bump into others.

Noodleman is a small, and sometimes crowded restaurant. Noodles are fresh and well made. Service is efficient, but impersonal. I can recommend any of the noodle soups, with my personal favorite being “Spicy Noodle with Soup” which includes ground pork and peanuts. “Dry Noodle With Red Pepper” is also very good, if you don’t like the soup style. I really liked the appetizer we ordered, which was “Sichuan Spicy Pork Wonton”. One Caveat: Don’t wear a white shirt, like I did, when eating noodle soup.

We ordered 6 different dishes. We liked the the beef fried rice, special fried rice, beef chow mein, beef & tomato noodle soup, chicken & fried noodles. The one dish we didn’t like as much was the Lopo. It had too much vinegar. The pickled cucumbers and juicy dumplings were very tasty.
