Cute place for Argentinian food. I tried the lomito, which was very filling. It’s an okay sandwich but I’m just not a fan of lettuce in warm sandwiches and the bread wasn’t great. My husband had the choripan, a staple that we often had while in Argentina, but again the bread wasn’t great. Also, the bread to filling ratio was too much bread on this one especially.

The food is so delicious I can’t decide on a favorite. The steak sandwich is so tender. Chicken Capri is light yet filling. Chicken Cardinale makes you never want to stop eating. If you are looking for incredible empanadas this is your spot. Small spot with a friendly staff and extremely welcoming chef. Perfect for takeout. We ordered a ton of empanadas for a party recently and our guests were in love. I’m not a coffee drinker but even tried the cappuccino on a recommendation and was glad I did. Definitely stop in. You won’t be sorry!!

A cute bistro in Scarsdale! I’m not a huge fan of empanadas, but this restaurant’s empanada was so good that I had to order more. Calamari and Paella were very good too. The server was very friendly and accommodating.

Nonno’s is the place to go if you want fresh food, prepared with love and passion. It’s not my first time ordering from them. The empanadas is baked fresh, just grab and eat. The Minestrones is soup I go for during those cold and chilly days. The desert cakes and Guavas empanadas will satisfy your sweet tooth. There are dishes that I can’t pronounce, but are tasty and delicious, basically you have to try everything on the menu and their special of the day. The Mozzarella dish is a good way to start off the appetizer.

What a bright spot this little family restaurant is! An unassuming exterior, Nonno’s food is outstanding. Best empanadas, pork sandwich, chimichurri, fresh bread. Everything is homemade and delicious. My husband and I enjoyed our date night and we will gladly return again soon. Cheers to Nonno!

Delicious dinner at Nonno‘s with the family. Can highly recommend the steak (ribeye), steak sandwich, and chicken cardinale, each which were delicious and well portioned. Will come again to try the paella.

Fresh, authentic and delicious! We tried 6 different empanadas and they all were great. The morcilla, chorizo and chimichuri sauce were just like in Buenos Aires and perfect. He made us ensalada rusa by request and it was excellent as well.
