Nonna D’s is a hidden gem of a good Italian restaurant. Great wait staff and an awesome menu make it a family favorite. Very laid-back atmosphere offering a relaxing dinning experience. Affordable wine list along with great value on the dinner menu makes Nonna D’s a restaurant worth returning to again and again. I almost forgot to mention that wonderful Frank Sinatra music that was playing.

Had a great dinner tonight. Service was great, food was excellent. Portions are very large and it is very reasonable. 3 wines, 3 entrees with salad and 3 desserts for $103.40 total. It is not a fast restaurant but the pacing is ideal if you are looking to enjoy your food vs eat and run. Music is nice but not overpowering as well.

Food was Amazing! Best clam chowder we have ever had. My friend had Salmon and I had Linguini with clams both were excellent. All the staff were very friendly and our waiter brought things out at the perfect time. Drinks were delicious. We ate outside. Inside is beautiful fine dining yet relaxed. Can’t wait to bring my family & friends!

Cozy and friendly Italian restaurant that provides REALLY GOOD food and great service. The interior is warm and comfortable and is not too loud inside so you can actually have a nice conversation with your party. My Italian group, Chicagoland Italian American Professionals, had a meatball contest and Nonna D’s really delivered with their food and hospitality. I highly recommend this place for a good home cooking experience that is in a down to earth atmosphere. And the cost to eat here won’t break the piggy bank.

Came in this evening, only one other family dining in; but good was already on the table by the time we sat down. Waiter waited too long to put in my order when I gave him my order in appropriate time. Took 45 mins to bring out a salmon and asparagus. I’m the only one in the restaurant beside some customers at the bar. Have to find dinner else where at this point. Literally more staff than customers. Staff gave impression like they didn’t care. Just an I’m sorry. Not sure if it’s because I’m not white. I’m sure if I was, I would have gotten a little better service. Please do better, and train staff appropriately.

It is now the only place I order from for Italian food. I love their portion sizes great for 2 when on a budget, and their staff has always been kind, professional, and friendly, their delivery guy makes you feel like family. I can not wait to have my birthday dinner there December 30th.

The food was phenomenal with large portion sizes. The soup or salad that comes with your meal is big enough to be on entree. My cream chicken soup was creamy with nice shreads of chicken and vegetables throughout. Would be wonderful at any time. The linguini al limon had wonderfully balanced tang with plentiful artichokes on a giant plate. I have more than enough for lunch leftover. The lasagna was flavorful and had copious meat and cheese on a bed of marinara. The baked clams had wonderful flavor and were expertly prepared. Staff was kind and attentive, with even the hostess checking to ensure we were enjoying our food. Service was very prompt

The food was delicious the wait staff is friendly, but every time I go it’s very slow and quiet inside. They could also use a bartender. They have someone behind the bar, but I don’t think they know how to make cocktails. At least not the ones we ordered. All in all food and service was good we will definitely go back. They do have a slot machine room in the back which is semi creepy for a restaurant. I’m new to Berwyn and maybe it’s not that odd to have electronic games. I am starting to see them everywhere I go.
