Ok. I’m a pizza expert. And I am ashamed that I have waited this long to try Nona Lisa’s. It is THE. BEST. PIZZA. EVER. Seriously, I live 30 minutes from here and it is totally worth the drive. This pizza is fresh and delicious. The staff are welcoming and gracious. The ambiance is adorable small town. Italian music playing in the background. We had Nona Bread as an appetizer. Nona Bread is pizza crust dough filled with cheese, garlic, and olive oil. Shut the front door. So so good. We ordered The Boss pizza, choose 6 toppings of your choice. Large selection of toppings to choose from. They cut the veggies by hand daily and you can taste the difference. We didn’t try the desserts but only because we ate as much pizza as possible like a starving man with his last meal. It was ridiculous. They make gelato (I know, I can’t believe I didn’t save room!!) and they had other yummy dessert selections. I will be back and will try them all! Hands down best pizza I’ve ever had. A friend and I stopped in for lunch one day and ordered the Crunchy Chicken pizza along with some Nona bread. I was beyond impressed with the quality and taste here, and I definitely have plans to come back. If you are anywhere near Watertown, then this place is a must to try!

Best local secret eating spot ever! You’re litterally eating in sweet Nona Lisa’s house/kitchen! Amazing handmade crusts for pizza, homemade sauce and meatballs simmering on the stove and the kicker…. Fresh made gelato!!! Only the best freshest ingredients. Small home-touch feel. Great space for outdoor dinning. The food isn’t pre-made so this isn’t fast food…but they have games to play while you wait!

Pizza was good service was not. I received my text that my food was done. I arrived and the sign in the door stated to call and they would bring my food out. I was the only person in the designated area I called 6 times with no answer. I stood outside watching 3 to 4 people inside walking around it took 10 minutes for someone to bring me my food out by then food was barely warm. Definitely need a better system.

I have been ordering from Nonna Pizza since the day they opened. Always always always loved loved loved their pizzas and also their food. Ordered a meat lovers type pizza for the first time and was extremely disappointed. I am assuming the white hard chunks on top was supposed to be chicken but you couldn’t tell and there was this weird flavor in the me possibly bacon e or Smokey but I couldn’t tell and it was very off-putting. I will go back to eating my regular cheese or pepperoni or cheese and mushroom pizzas from now on. Doesn’t stop me from loving this pizza place.
