My friend and I made reservations for the chef’s choice menu. Delicious food and excellent service, especially Devon! (Sorry if I misspelled her name). She was well informed about the dishes and very friendly. If I could rate this place higher than 5 stars, I would. Every plate that was brought to our table was divine. We especially liked the curried cauliflower and the braised Asian pork dish. We will definitely be returning.

Great little local treasure with world-class food… and I never say that about restaurants… If you’re gastronomically, well, reserved (looking at you meat-n-potatoes, burgers and fries folks), you may be a bit disappointed. Not that they don’t have amazing meat and potatoes, just that it’s not going to be what some respect.

Recommend to book ahead of time. Restaurant is in the small town of Tieton which was cute and clean. Has a small mercantile in the restaurant. There are individual tables and a common table. Food was very good (I didn’t think the steak was very good but otherwise everything was solid), atmosphere was friendly also. Presentation of each dish was amazing! I did not capture a photo of everything we ordered.

You simply won’t find a more enjoyable place to spend an evening. From the truly impeccable staff and unique space the restaurant inhabits to the thoughtful plates and drinks they serve, Nomad fires on all cylinders. The team that makes up Nomad couldn’t be better, front and back of house staff work in tandem to make sure the entire room is taken care of, no one ever seems stressed or in the weeds and they will stop and school you up on a certain dish or a wine you had a question about.

Words can’t describe how good this food is. Drive however long it takes because it’s worth it. I am astounded at this quality of food, and I am being completely honest when I say it’s the best food I have ever eaten. All I can say is that you gotta try it for yourself. The service was spectacular too. My party looked at the menu and couldn’t decide because everything looked amazing, so we ordered everything on the menu, and then got all the desserts, and I still can’t pick a favorite because it was all spectacular. Can’t wait to go again. My photos may not even do it justice. In awe!!
