This is an expansion of their restaurant that is located in downtown Vancouver. This new location in the Pearl is more smaller and more of a counter service type place. The food is the same from the main location, so you know it’s good. I ordered a couple of items to-go as it was on the way home for me from work. The Kaopoon and great for these muggy days and the Drunken Noodles are phenomenal as usual. I plan on dining in soon one they have everything set up.

Absolutely garbage flavorless food. It’s made cheaply without the quality ingredients that give Thai food it’s bright punchy flavors. You can tell they don’t use fish sauce or real lime in anything. Pad Thai was a weird pink color. The sauce was sweet and had no other flavor. Then it was so lightly dressed that it was just a dry brick when I opened the container. Literally came out in a square and we had to cut it with a knife. The curry tasted like spicy heavy cream, not like coconut milk. Again no Lime or fish sauce at all. One note and disgusting. Papaya salad was tough. texture was like it was put through a mandoline and never tenderized and then tasted like it was legit dressed in lemon lime soda. Nothing was good and a lot of it was so bad we threw it away. This is lazy, terrible, flavorless thai food made for white people.

I was overall very disappointed with the food we received. We ordered pad Thai, drunken noodles, and a Thai iced tea. The pad Thai had no flavor whatsoever and the Thai iced tea had so much cream in it that it was also flavorless. The drunken noodles had good flavor, but the beef was tough and there were hard fibrous basil stems in the dish that made it difficult to enjoy. I don’t think we’ll be going back here, the cost did not equal what we got.

We love the Vancouver location and the small stall at Saturday Farmer’s Market. I’m rating 3*’s because the food was a 5, but one of the staff, I think the manager, was a complete d*ck when my wife asked if they served the “steamed buns” at this location. Undecided yet on whether we’ll be giving them any more business much less recommending them.

Excellent food and service. Candles on all the tables adds ambiance. Great add to the Pearl district. Just got their Liquor License which is a plus. We had noodles, a wok dish and a curry. Wine prices were VERY reasonable.

This place started out decent the first few times we’ve eaten there, but has been progressively less tasty each time we get it. Overcooked rice/noodles, salty, chewy beef, etc. The food is a bit more expensive than it’s competitors, but does have pretty solid sized portions. No hours listed online which is a smidge irritating (of course I just call to ask, so it’s no biggie) but general communication and customer service is just a click off from what you might expect, as well as food taste and quality.

Found this by accident while we were looking to find something to eat while on our way back to CA. The atmosphere was nice and we were warm! The host was really nice and looked after us. The food was excellent and what a bargain! I would have taken pictures but we ate everything!
