Delicious hand made tequila drinks, the food is fresh and the service is well above par. The bartenders are very knowledgeable – ask for recommendations and they will custom make you a drink. Try the corn ribs for an appetizer, and Tacos al Pastor for entree. Looking forward to returning again!

By the time we left at 7:30 the place was packed… on a Monday night and that speaks volumes. Let’s backtrack a bit. Restaurant was pretty and nicely decorated. Mango margarita was very good. Not too strong, but definitely made me want another. Blue corn nachos were a hit. The salsa verde had a nice tang that really elevated the flavors. And finally the chicken enchiladas were super tasty! Service was quick, but friendly and we did not feel rushed at all despite the restaurant getting very crowded. I would definitely come back!

It was busy for a summer Thursday night for dinner.(causing their dinning room to feel so hot). That didn’t stop my friends and I from having a good time. Good company is even better with a Margarita in hand. Our server Edwar was awesome and knowledgeable. Staff overall was kind with the run ins we had. We met the manager Jacklyn as she was apologizing to the tables about the temperature in the dinning room. I recommend coming here and absolutely order the guacamole they make in front of you!!

I like Nom a lot. I’ve eaten dinner there twice, and both times the food was super fresh and really good. We’ve also been there just for drinks a few times. Their tequila menu is probably the most extensive one I’ve seen in NJ – they have a lot of great pours, some of which aren’t readily available in most liquor stores. The place has a fun vibe and would be great for celebrating a birthday or just hanging out with a bunch of friends. Happy to recommend it.

If nothing else, come for the tableside guacamole!. But don’t stop there, the food is great. WE had the Sweet Corn Arepas with Shrimp, (perfectly cooked shrimp, great flavor and the right amount of heat) the Carne Asada, (cooked medium rare and seasoned well) and the Mole Glazed Pork Chop (great Mole, slightly overdone Grilled Chop). The meal came with the sides you see in the pictures, rice and black bean, a Yucca mash (a lot like sweet potato) and a corn side which was very good. I had the 1139 Old Fashioned which is made with Tequila rather than bourbon and I was surprised at just how much I enjoyed it. I am a bourbon fan, but this was a great riff and I did not miss the bourbon.
