Nixe atmosphere, decent tapas, very slow service (understaffed). Sticky toffee pudding was the highlight of the meal. Personally wouldn’t recommend the brussel sprouts

This place should not exist in peoria. It more at home in Chicago, St. Louis or NYC. Its got a great, relaxed atmosphere, with absolutely fantastic food and an equally amazing staff.

Ate brunch here last week and I had a great time! It was busy, the food was great and the ambiance was perfect. Didn’t feel like I was in Peoria.

Absolutely amazing. Everything is great. The place is themed for older days of cinema, and is done so very tastefully. They have a projector that plays older films in the restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing. They are primarily small plates, so you can get a little taste of everything. The menu is definitely a bit upscale. Duck meatballs were amazing! It is a great location, but is a bit on the pricier side. Mixed drinks made well.

Great food and drinks. My wife and I dined here recently and really enjoyed our experience. We had the bacon & fig wrapped chicken bites, tacos and drinks. The martinis are amazing! I had the Chipotle pork tacos and cannot wait to go back for them again.

Best place for something new. The staff is so helpful and cool. Our waiter suggested the best drinks and explained the menu perfectly. I really couldn’t ask for a friendlier experience. Please know you are not going to order a burger and fries. It’s a place to try something new. Just know that if you enjoy an amazing dinning experience, you definitely need to scope out this place.

I had the gracious opportunity to try a majority of the eclectic menu and found it all to be wonderfully prepared, tasty and generously portioned. Noir offers a different and more social dining experience because it is a tapas restaurant. I expected it to be more of a loud club but found that I was quite pleased with how pleasant and unobtrusive the environment was. We were easily able to enjoy good conversation across the table without interruption from loud music, sports televisions, clanging dishes from the kitchen or other patrons. Noir will be what I compare other restaurants to in the future.

The hippest place to eat in Peoria, and the best food. Tiny bites of intensely flavorful food served to you on luxuriant couches. There is nothing about this place that doesn’t scream cool, from the posters on the wall, to the old movies on the other wall, to small meticulously-appointed bar. Price is a little high ($$$) for the area. But still a fine place to spend the evening.

We had a good experience on our date night! Good lamb (less spices), and good seafood tapas. Our only issue was that service was slow! Get your game up guys when you are charging about $100 in per couple for a decent Dinner.

Such a great selection of food and the staff is really cool. So many choices and they are all unique and tasty. The wine selection is good and again, not the usual choices. Perfect chance to break out with something new because you know I’ll be good
