Five star for the flavors, service and ambiance! Less than five stars for the very small amount of tasty food and the very high cost. Seems like they might have more repeat business if the cost equaled the quantity served. I would not be surprised to spend many hundreds of dollars for two persons to actually feel satisfied. It’s too bad because the small ‘snacks’ are incredibly delicious!

The food was amazing, the staff was fun, knowledgeable and accommodating. My only issue was the vagueness of the menu, I hate condiments and they were not listed at all. I got my wagu beef and it was covered in ketchup. So I’d ask about anything you order. In the chef’s defense, he did make me a new wagu, but it felt odd sending food back at Nobu.

EVERYTHING on this menu is spectacular. The most incredible seafood, delicate and fresh. The tuna salad sashimi and squid pasta is unreal. Squid pasta is delicately grilled squid, asparagus and squash, could no eat enough. Ambiance is perfect with an overlook of the ocean and staff is very friendly.

Super fresh food and locally grown from their island. Great quality and excellent service. Fabulous cocktails and friendly staff. Atmosphere is super relaxing and has great vibes. A must if you’re staying on Lanai’i or at the hotel.

Simply delicious. Everything we had for dinner was so good, every piece of fish cooked perfectly, but the signature black cod miso takes the cake. I didn’t need dessert after that

Wonderful delicious food; we had the omakase menu for $198 per person. Service was delightful and eating while the sunset was magical!

Hands down the single best, most remote, most remarkable Nobu. The freshest seafood imaginable. We were able to go straight to the counter and sit, unheard of in New York. Be sure to sample from the kitchen menu as well as omakase. The local Lanai venison is the sweetest most melty red meat I have ever eaten.

The views are of course incredible from this restaurant, but we were seated at two short sofas with two cocktail tables pushed together (plenty of regular tables open). We were rushed because our reservation was for 9, but they said the kitchen was closing as we started to view the menu. Food was good but not worth the hype or price. Overall, a bit disappointed unfortunately.

Having been to multiple Nobus, this was the most disappointing in terms of food quality.
