Rooftop was really nice. The staff were attentive and great. Food tasted amazing and was fresh. Even tried their tea which was brewed warm and tasted great. Only downside I would say is that the music was a little too loud and couldn’t hear the people at the table too much.

The food itself is delicious and beautifully plated. Great service. Make sure to book a table in advance. We were a group of 8, had a great time, great atmosphere in the restaurant. We will definitely come back to taste Japanese flavors again !

My boyfriend took me on surprise date here last night. Everything was great! From the customer service upon entrance, the ambiance, food & drinks, to the views, simply great! I would have given 5 stars if there wasn’t a such a big delay in getting our food. I know it more than likely it might have had to do with it being a Friday night. You can really tell the quality of the sushi, literally chef’s kiss! Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would definitely go back again! Highly recommend!

Rooftop is beautiful and the service up there was excellent. Hoqever, downstairs in the dining room, we were rushed and made to feel we were annoying. The waitor clearly had a rushed agenda as he quickly took us through what he felt would be good options for the table. It was as if he wanted us to just say “yes, we’ll do that” – which, maybe many people do, but we wanted to actually look at the menu. I actually asked him if he wanted to tend to another table, he only had three, and come back to us, which he said yes and promptly did. That’s cool, but then be more patient. Took forever to get a single beer. We ended up saying never mind, then he brought it later anyway. One of the dishes was completely salty, the squid pasta. I asked the waitor to mention it to the chef, he barely acknowledged with a nod. It was inedible.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of dining at the renowned Nobu Chicago restaurant. As a five-star establishment, the Japanese restaurant did not disappoint. From the moment we walked through the doors, we could feel the warmth in the way the staff greeted and treated the guests. It was evident that the restaurant had a comprehensive and effective way of managing its employees.

My favorite restaurant in Chicago to celebrate a special occasion/date night. I was throughly impressed by the attention to detail and service during my first visit and decided to go back again. However I felt the service was a bit slow yesterday as it took almost 20 mins to get our drinks and appetizers. The food as always is good. Servers are friendly and attentive, I would highly recommend.

I came here for on a work trip, and we had a fixed budget. I felt like the food was good, but I was expecting something a bit more special, though that could have been available at a higher price point.

Place was cool. Food was tasty. I’d recommend asking your server the serving size of the dish before you order. And y’all stop lying with these pics! those tacos are bite-sized. Normal sized chopsticks and glass of water for scale.

Did I miss out in the dining experience downstairs? I don’t know but I checked out the rooftop bar for some cocktails. The cocktails were all ok but definitely expected something better. Our Asahi beer was very flat and the spicy tuna rolls took over 30 minutes which is ridiculous. It also tasted similar to the rolls at my near Jewels supermarket. But the atmosphere was nice and fancy.

When my girls wanted to go here I was hesitant, I didn’t believe the hype. But I was completely wrong. THIS PLACE IS VERY VERY DELICIOUS!!! Just thinking about the food I feel hungry. Every thing and I mean every-thing was cooked to perfection. I had the cod and that fish was superb. I couldn’t believe even the sushi tasted better. The bill was wildly expensive but I enjoyed the food so much I didn’t care.
