The food was AMAZING! You know it’s good, if I order a Mac and cheese just for myself and I do not like Mac and cheese lol. Because of Noble, I do now! The chopped brisket melt was amazing, and the barbecue sundae, WOW! I loved the noble quesadilla! I wanted the nachos but they were out, but it was okay because I do not regret what I ate. The service was friendly but they only had 2 waitresses which made it harder for them but they were so sweet. The atmosphere was clean and the food was SOO GOOD, I can’t stress it enough!

I was flipping through the places to eat in Mystic and am I glad I decided on Noble. Very small dining area makes getting a table a bit tricky but once seated the food was out of this world good. We decided to just sample some appitizers and ordered the Nachos topped with brisket, The BBQ Sundae and the Corn Chowder soup.

Noble Smokehouse is incredible! We were seated right away, and our food came out with little to no waiting. We got a 2 meat plate with brisket and sausage, a brisket sandwich, and the smokehouse nachos. While everything was phenomenal, the nachos were stellar. The nacho chips were seasoned, the pulled pork and toppings were generous, and even with help I struggled to finish it. The service was great, and the quality of the meats and sides was top-notch.

The service was good, Nachos were good…. a little heavy on the cheese sauce. My husband loved the brisket, cornbread, and slaw. I guess I am ridiculously picky and definitely would not get the chicken , slaw, and cornbread again.

Food was awesome!! Great ribs! Fantastic Mac & Cheese! The quesadilla they have as an app is big enough for main course and it’s also fantastic!! Service is a tad slow, it seems they prepare one order at a time with probably 10-15 minutes in between orders coming out so be prepared to wait but it’s worth it. Only negative was my pulled pork was a bit dry, probably just didn’t add enough sauce on my part.

This was so delicious!! We got the nachos and they were out of this world. It was labeled as a small plate, but it could be a full meal for two people. The brisket player was delicious. We got the cowboy beans and the Mac and cheese with it. Everything was super yummy. I highly recommend this place.

So good! I definitely recommend. I had the two meat platter with brisket and pork, the meat was delicious and tender. For my sides I had the Mac and cheese which was very rich and creamy not dry and crusty like some places. I also had the turnip greens and the amazing corn bread, which is moist and almost cake like. The serving portions are very generous!
