Pizza was having a medacore taste even can be considered as tasty. I cannot complain about it. However, boneless wings were burned as you can see in the picture. I should have never arrived our table in this condition. Disappointing.

Was very happy to get excellent pizza, and some surprisingly great pizza sliders. Got a flight of beers, and it was great to have a small selection of beers to drink through while eating. The breadsticks were light and just the right crisp. The cheese sauce is as good as it gets anywhere. And of course the pizza sauce is so iconic for Noble Roman’s, and you will be happy with every bit. Server was very nice and everything came out quickly. Though they seemed short staffed, everyone was working very quickly and it made the experience both good and memorable.

I’m sitting here right now, we got seated and then sat there 15min before anyone came to us and there was only 2 other tables that already had their food. The waitress was bland and rude, where is the customer satisfaction guys you know in marketing why a succeeding restaurant gets it’s business, because when a customer is happy their food taste better even if it’s not a good plate satisfaction is everything. Food was good though, good job cooks

When you first come into the store you can tell that they want you to have an experience with being there. Right when you come in they have the line where the pizza is made set in a way where it’s a show being put on for you. It makes it a fun and family friendly atmosphere because of that. With that the customer service is ok, not the best but definitely not the worst. After that things go down hill. The pizza was subpar at best. The crust of the pizza was pretty good but the topping I chose which is a pretty standard pepperoni tasted awful. It ruined they whole pizza. I have tasted microwave pizza with better pepperoni then the one that was served at Noble Romans. Also the price was pretty high for what you get especially considering the quality. You’d be better off going to little Caesars and getting a pizza there than ordering there over priced version of little Caesars pizza. With that I do not recommend going here but if you choose to come here you will enjoy the atmosphere and the service.

Avoid, spend your money in a place that cares about customers. Waited & waited, Marcia got up to get service, waited, waited, we both got up to get service and speak to a manager…we were seeking the flavors of years ago, found waitresses who did not care to wait on us. Not one person acknowledged us until we both got up, then I said, competition is too great to not wait on customer of an vacant in eat experience 6-8 people. And Marcia & I walked out, yet on the way out, it appeared a person on a computer, looked up and gave advice…franchise consultant or franchisee-owner…whats the problem??? I told him after waiting and two visits to the staff, we could not get waited on, so we were going to spend out money in another restaurant…that actually waits on and wants customers to recommend the experience vs write a bad review. Results we drove to Whitestown, where I personally have had excellent Noble Romans…so we drove 40 minutes…

I’m truly confused on why switching it from counter service to being served makes sense… we were sat and waited 10 minutes and no one had even come to our table, so we asked another worker if they knew who our server was supposed to be because we still hadn’t been helped. She went to find out and came back and told us they would be right with over. Waited at least 5 more minutes and still nothing, so we left. Disappointing to say the least!

Not the same Noble Roman’s from the 90’s. They definitely are focusing on the craft pizza. Their “Sicilian” crust is my favorite there (I would consider it Detroit style”. Have very good ingredients and delicious crust. I’m not a big beer drinker so I cannot speak to the beer selection.
