Stopped in on our journey back home. We were really not impressed. It wasn’t horrible. But it wasn’t the best either. The salsa was basically tomato paste, no flavor. The chips were airy and crisp. The cheese dip was basic. The burritos special was bland. The burrito no way Jose was ok. And, well, beer is beer….

Totally disgusting. Ground beef chimichanga was half raw, and grilled chicken salad they threw random whole things. Like a can of olives in two seperate corners, white cucumbers that were soggy and green tomatoes. Building is nice though.

The food here is VERY good. Whoever said their salsa is watered down ketchup clearly didn’t taste it. Yes, it’s blended and not at all chunky but the taste was great!! My fish tacos were awesome and my husband thoroughly enjoyed his brisket fajitas. The service was a little slow but if you’re not in hurry, this is definitely worth checking out.

Good for quick service Mexican. Nice location looks like it’s recently been built or remodeled. Chicken enchilada was good but I could not seem to get sour cream sauce on it. I don’t know if it was just a communication issue or if they don’t do sour cream sauce.

We are from Texas, and if this is what they call Tex Mex, they have a few screws loose. Stale chips. NO flavor or spice in their food at all. Mayo on fish tacos…? Never heard of it— where’s the sour cream….? We ordered blackened fish tacos which means flavor… NOPE! Compare it to water! Bland as can be. Refried beans and shredded chicken had no taste whatsoever. We were also charged for cheese dip which we didn’t order. The best thing we had were the Dr Pepper and Diet Coke. If I could give zero stars on food, I would.

Service is awful. Waiters and waitresses slam food on the table. Cheese dip is cold. I’ve been there three times and each time I have had to walk out of the restaurant. This makes the entire franchise look bad. Place needs to be shut down entirely!!

My first visit to this restaurant to celebrate my mother’s birthday. The service was mediocre and so was the food. The server, Rodolfo, wasn’t concerned with making the orders right, and much to my surprise, he or someone else decided to help themselves to a tip on my card. People do not be deceived my this restaurant. It is NOT that good.

I went to No way Jose on July 20th 2023. I walked in at 5:04 pm, was seated and asked what drink I wanted. I seen a big group come in. I received my chips and my drink and Angel my server said I’ll be right back. I looked at the menu and waited. I seen my server Angel walk past me 3 times, I was asked twice by another waiter If everything was fine and I said yes I’m just waiting for the mam to come take my order. At 5:51pm I got up and I asked the lady at the front desk if I owed anything because I sat there nearly 50 mins and the server never came to take my order. He was too busy helping the bigger crowd. I’m very upset about this. I understand you want to make a good impression and get more tips but I was there before this big group and the couple of smaller groups after that. It would have taken 2 mins tops to take my order! I’m really thinking about going to corporate because this was not right at all in my opinion! And I’ve always been to no way jose. But I went to la cabana and within 5 mins of me being there I had my food sitting in front of me. Make all this make sense please?!?!

Not a fan of their way that enchiladas are made. 3 enchiladas all with cheese inside & some meat with cheese sauce on top. The meat was over cooked and hard. Our server was very good. We were staying at a hotel down the street and decided to try them. The seemed busy when we got there. Prices a bit high also.
