Called for delivery. Driver called to come down. Called back to say someone took it and he’ll be right back. Over an hour past. Call the restaurant. They had me on hold. Didn’t help. Told them to place the order over and send a new driver. They canceled my order and refused to place another one. Horrible service since using new delivery drivers. Horrible!

I usually get nice service here but I encountered a mean old hag the other day. I detected a rude attitude on the phone when I inquired about lunch specials and she said to check online. I don’t eat this food often and she acted as if I was supposed to know what they had going on. So I went into the spot to make an order. I wanted to order 4 wings and she said almost $6. She had an attitude saying it too. I already slipped her my $5 not thinking it would be $5.75 and told her to give me my darn money back. This is not the young girl who is pleasant and usually at the front – it was an older female in her late 50’s. Get her out of there if she doesn’t want to deal with the public. I’m never rude to people so I don’t expect it.
