Visited NK to celebrate my cousin’s birthday, and we were delighted by how accommodating they were to our party of 9 on a weekend. I indulged in the jerk chicken and waffles, paired with street corn—it was a truly delightful combination. The entire group savored their meals, and the bottomless drinks were a real treat, complemented by exceptional service. The attentive staff ensured our bottles were always filled, enhancing our enjoyment. The DJ played fantastic music, adding to the vibrant atmosphere and making it an incredibly enjoyable brunch experience.

My new favorite! The food was delicious and the service outstanding! We ate the appetizers so fast that we didn’t get a chance to take a picture, especially the lollipop lamb chops! Music and ambiance had me dancing in my seat! What a vibe! Better than expected! Worth the price! We will definitely be back!

NK Restaurant features a Caribbean themed menu. The dining room is large open space with a nice sized bar. They play soca, reggae, and other island music in the background. The calamari is good and the steaks were also a good choice l. Be prepared as the prices are quite high for the value of the experience.

Went here for a birthday party. The food was excellent. I had grilled octopus and calamari with some flavorful sauce. I also had steak and one of their signature drinks, I loved it. This place is truly a vibe and would love to come back and try other things on the menu. The waiter was great, the food was delicious, and everyone in our party enjoyed themselves. Wish I took more pics

This place was not worth the prices. We were only allowed the brunch menu which most of the main courses were 30 dollars or more. I got the avocado toast and was asking for multi grain bread to find out they only had white bread. I asked how thick the bread was and he showed me two fingers that were about an inch high. When I got the avocado toast it was not worth 28 dollars. You can see the chef didn’t even care with that meal. I’ve had better avocado toast for 13 bucks. I ate it so I didn’t waste my money so at least it was edible. My cousin who we went to this place for as it was his birthday, ordered a 30 dollar cheese burger and asked for truffle fries instead of regular fries. They added those fries for 10 dollars more so essentially he paid 30 dollars for the burger. I only found this out when I got the bill and saw truffle fries on there and knew that what my cousin received were not truffle fries at all. We told this to the waiter Jose and he spoke with the chef and the chef had the nerve to say that he put the oil on the fries but no cheese. So we weren’t given quality or authentic truffle fries either for 40 bucks total. I’m glad my cousin is usually a chill person and didn’t complain but we won’t be coming back to bother trying the dinner menu. I rather go to a steak house where the prices match the quality of food. I’ll let y’all decide with the photo of my 28 dollar avocado toast if it’s worth it. Also please note there is an automatic 20 percent gratuity so you will pay that whether it’s great service or not.

My niece and I selected here from a goggle search and some IG posts. Firsts it’s in a strip mall. When we were there, there was just two parties of two so parking was fine. If more filled, may be an issue. Courteous front staff and waitress (same person). If this is supposed to be an upscale experience, the menus shouldn’t be wrinkled paper. Diverse items to choose from. We wanted one item the vegan jerk egg rolls but they were not available. We ordered the surf and turf oxtails. Decent amount of oxtails; not on the bone but molded into to towers with the insides being the beans. Decent taste; minimal gravy. The surf was also minor. Two scallops or 4 shrimps. It didn’t have a lot of flavor or a glaze. They were ok. Rice and peas were luke warm. Overall the entrees weren’t hot. The side of Mac and cheese was good. Good portion and right out of the oven. Didn’t really have the table set. Just a napkin with knife and fork. No app plates or spoons. The ambience was fine. Music was cool. For one app, one side, two entrees and a drink, the bill was $166. With a $20 tip that’s close to two hundred dollars for just a smidge over a normal carry out meal. I liked the energy and the menu was cool but too overpriced. Missing attention to details for that price point. Like to support but too many other establishments with a better mix of menu price and ambience.

Since this place opened I’ve always wanted to try it and finally I’ve made my way there! Not only was the food amazing the service was top tier!!! I felt like they appreciated my service and showed my mother and I nothing but kindness, warmth, and gratitude. The owner came to our table to say hello and welcome us to the restaurant. He also wished my mother a happy birthday. If you’re thinking of coming here, I highly recommend you do! You will not regret it

Food was good but if you’re having issues meeting your bottom line just say that. Dined at NK Restaurant on the evening of 4/23/2023. Received a drink menu with no prices indicated. Asked the server for information about their drinks and they provided basic details about how the drinks are prepared and what is popular. I used my own relative assumptions about the costs of drinks based on my previous dining experience at NK Restaurant and other restaurants. I received a bill from the NK Restaurant that indicated 4 drinks were 40 dollars each for a total of 160 dollars between two people. I spoke to the “manager” that evening regarding the deceptive nature of costs on their menu being withheld from customers. Restaurants should be transparent with their prices on the front end so consumers can make an informed and educated decision prior to purchasing regardless if the restaurant assumes that they should already know that information. I like many others do not know that information because I am not actively concerned about the price of alcohol or the alcohol industry. But if the restaurant does have that information readily available, they should openly share it. I absolutely did not consume $80 ($105 if you include tax and gratuity) worth of drinks that evening, especially after researching the cost of the ingredients that were used in the drinks. Additionally, they tried to convince me that the one drink I ordered was actually two drinks in one and therefore the price was higher. It didn’t make sense to me then and it still doesn’t makes sense to me now. This was never indicated on the menu or by the server. This leads me to believe NK restaurant is likely having financial issues and overcharging their customers to help meet their bottom line.
