Beautiful tea/ramen spot! Upon walking in we were greated promptly and seated right away. The place was very clean with a good amount of decor which provided a very relaxing ambiance. There were a plethora of menu items especially Tochucha based which is one of their signature teas (no caffeine by the way). I ordered their Yuzu Tochucha lemonade along with their spicy miso chicken ramen and matcha tiramisu. Every one was very tasty especially the matcha tiramisu. The Ramen could have used more flavor and I has to ask the waiter to bring more spice. I knocked off 1 star because they originally brought me the same ramen but with pork when I clearly pointed to the chicken option in the menu. They promptly corrected the mixup. Overall this is a great spot if you are in the mood for Ramen and other dishes.

I really loved this place. The food was delicious and quick. I had their miso ramen with their special tea noodles (for $1 extra) which was light and soft. My husband got the pork katsu set and that came with so much food. So much that he couldn’t finish his katsu! There was a steamed egg with abalone at the bottom that was just *chef’s kiss!*. I got a brown sugar matcha to go with oat milk (cold) and I cannot recommend it more – it wasn’t too sweet but not too matcha-y where it was bitter. I would definitely go back and try other foods!

Google maps indicated that the restaurant closes at 10:30pm during a regular weekday from Mon to Thur. However, I called to verify and the kitchen closes at 10pm. When I arrived it was close to 10pm and yet the personable lady server reassured me and allowed me to put in my dine-in order. The food arrived quickly and was well prepared, attractive and delicious. I ordered miso ramen, grilled squid with lemon appetizer, clams steamed in saki, and straight hot macha tea. Everything was made perfectly with lots of ingredients and had great flavor. I’ll be back to try more dishes.

My first time trying authentic ramen. I was feeling a little under the weather and this was the perfect meal. It was flavorful, comforting and cozy. I loved the entire environment and the service was top-tier.

It’s a 5 mins walking distance from Long Island railroad bayside station. It’s a clean and comfortable restaurant. The service is good, and people are friendly and attentive. Overall the food is good. The taste is decent, and the portion is ok. It’s not like a special treat for your stomach, but it’s nice to have clean, fresh warm food without big flaws. The matcha tiramisu and the two drinks we ordered are superb. I will go back to try again.

Came in for early dinner 5pm and it was still quiet. We were promptly greeted and had the nice hot cup of Tokoucha.

I am not writing this review to tell you what to do with your hard-earned money. I am going to share my thoughts and you make your own decision if you would like to try this place or not. The soups are good. The spacy soup in on the hot side which i absolutely love. The staff is nice and friendly. The restaurant was clean. I love their complementary tea.

We had tochucha ramen and matcha soba tempura set. This is the first I heard of Japanese ‘tea cuisine’ and it is really good. Both dishes were really delicious. Very nice atmosphere and service in this restaurant too.
