This place use to be so good when the older Japanese guy had it. Obviously not the same owner anymore. It’s not just the food that is horrific, but the place is so dirty and cluttered not to mention terrible customer service skills. The server literally treats you like it’s a privilege to eat at this place.

Good Ramen restaurant in Hillboro, Oregon. The interior design is cute, and the food is good. Our party got vegetarian ramen, Deluxe ninja ramen, Tantan ramen, chicken karaage, edamame, gyoza, and korroke. We all enjoyed our bowls and the sides tasted good.

When they get our order right, it is usually pretty good. Unfortunately, I have had some issues with getting my order right for some reason. There is definitely a communication issue and it would be nice if they wrote down your order so they remember what you ordered. It would also be nice if there was something more in it besides just the meat, noddles and sprouts and without having to pay over a $1+ just to throw in a tiny amount of corn or spinach in it. A mushroom option would be nice too. We tried a few items beside the ramen, like the tempura shrimp and it was greasy and yet still partially frozen on the inside. Odd. We will stick with the ramen. The bubble tea is disappointing and the boba is old tasting. It would be nice if they actually made it fresh instead of premade packaged boba. The prices have really shot up too so not sure it is worth $16 for a bowl of ramen, sprouts and some meat in broth? Anyway, it is decent but there are better ramen places.

My husband, and myself wanted to try this place out. When we entered we were greeted with lots of positive energy, and smiles from the staff as we sat at our counter table. We found the staff are polite, and very helpfull. We give the customer service a 10 out of 10. The food we also give a 10 out of 10. It is the best we had in quit some time, and we recommend the Karaage Don (chicken and rice meal) and Japanese Curry Rice. We loved every bite, and definitely worth the price, which is very affordable. If you are looking for a new place to try, this is definitely the place to go!! You will not regret coming here.

We were greeted promptly after arriving and order taken in less than 10 minutes. The restaurant was full but they were on top of it. The food came out quickly and was delicious. They came over frequently to ask how our food was and if we needed anything else. Very reasonably priced. Definitely think more people should try this place. Great little hole in the wall. Thumbs up!
