Hello everyone. We are a Niji Sushi Bar & Grill new local business restaurant in this community. This is a completely brand new build up brightly fusion modern restaurant. We are make freshly sushi and cook healthy authentic Japanese food. We have sushi, sashimi, hibachi grill steak and seafood, ramen bowl, and bento box. Also all different mix drink, beers, sake and wine. We have full bar wine. We serves Dine in or carry out. Hopefully we are able take good care for you.

The sushi here is amazing. They have a very good Fanfare and ambiance. Due to not making a reservation we had to sit at the sushi prepared bar which it was fun to watch them make sushi, but our service was not very frequent there. We often had to wave down our waiter and it took us over an hour to get our food. But it tasted amazing and as you can tell by the pictures great presentation.

Went there this week, ordered Teriyaki chicken hibachi, my son ordered chicken hibachi, the chicken on both plates were large chunks of breast and extremely dry and tough. It was the worst I have ever had and we didn’t eat much of it. Sushi was good. I would never return. The server was great. We paid and left.

I honestly was disappointed. Buddy (Thad) said was awesome. Sushi rice needed seasoned. My eel was crispy (dried out) on edges. Cream cheese is super cheap or spoiling. The best part of my meal was the hot tea. Service and atmosphere are nice but the food is why I’m at the restaurant. 2 star food 2 star review.

Their website claims fine dining..far from. Food is good for a sushi fix at best, certainly nothing to brag on as far as being the best. Rice was way to wet, one squeeze and water actually dripped out, (see picture #2). On plus note fish was fresh at least. Service was very poor, waitress didnt write anything down which means she forgot an item, but still tried to charge for it. Frankly ive had better service and food at all you can eat sushi bars. Feel free to give it a try, but there are way better places

Friday first for us. First the place was really clean and colorful with comfortable seating creating a very enjoyable atmosphere. Our server was super friendly however he was not knowledge on everything with the menu.
