Their Sushi may not be like those in splendid Japanese restaurants, but better than those in Kroger. The sushi rice was warm, which could be colder. The sweet shrimp and bbq eel nigiri tasted great. Seafoods tasted fresh. There are some Asian snacks and drinks on sale.

Excellent, kind service in a bustling North Market! We chose the sushi this time, but there are so many great options on the menu we’ll have to come back.

What a rip off! Portion was tiny and was just so so flavor. I thought I would try different places at the Market but this one sucked. Zero stars. I did learn that I am done tipping anybody until I get what I paid for. Then if it’s good I give a tip it’s stupid we all pay tips at some places before we get our food

Just very disappointing in every regard. Order taker was annoyed people exist, one worker was beside him eating his lunch and licking his fingers at the food prep area, and the food was bland and phoned in. The curry was flavorless water. And somehow the food still took a while to make.

The cashier said that they now serve halal meat, first it wasn’t. He even showed me their meat box. They might change their meat again so make sure you ask when you go to see if it’s halal or not. So I was like okay, let me try some halal Chinese chicken teriyaki. It wasn’t what I was expecting. The taste and food was alright. Not the best I had. It felt a little bland and not too many flavours. Served super hot and fresh! Plus I think it was a bit pricey for what I got. Might not go again.

I wish I’d have read the reviews before going here. The woman taking my order was both very short, and rude. $3 just for adding wonton chips and spicy mayo to a poke bowl (that was already $15 might I add). For the price the serving size is INCREDIBLY underwhelming. The food itself wasn’t bad but I will definitely not be going back and would not recommend it to anyone.

Very tasty Chicken Lo Mein. Had a hint of Thai with it’s nutty dark sauce. Sprouts, onions and chives were all cooked to perfection as well. Good, quality chicken.

We were headed to another local sushi place, but they were closed. We searched for sushi and found Nida’s. I’m really glad we did. Let me start by saying this is not a normal sit down restaurant sushi experience. This is a small vendor inside the North Market. There are only about 5 seats right at their bar, but there is public seating upstairs if that’s full. They don’t serve beer or sake, just soft drinks, tea, water, etc. They have a decent selection of sushi, but you need to order from the menu. One of our party tried to place a custom order and they discouraged it. However, the four of us really enjoyed our selections. They were all prepared after we ordered — nothing was already prepared. Three of us had sushi combo #1 (we all added spicy) and one had the Salmon Lovers combo. I was shocked at how good everything was. One of the best sushi experiences I’ve had in Columbus.

Greatly enjoyed our experience: we talked to staff and ate at the counter. We watched our rolls made fresh and had some delicious tuna and bbq eel.
