We’re a small family owned and operated pizza shop located at Root + Branch Brewing in Copiague, NY. We bake in a wood burning oven that is maintained at a low temperature for an extended bake time. Our pizza is thin, crispy and well done with ample charring.
Parking and the entrance for the brewery/pizza shop is located in the rear of the building on Railroad Ave!
