Great little spot I found while in town for work. Friendly service and good food. O ly complaint was getting my dip before I got chips. Chips came out just before entree so I was just looking at my dip for awhile Had the combo plate with beef enchilada, tamale, taco, rice & beans. Yellow queso with beef added. Sopaipilla for dessert. I’d recommend everything I had. Recommended.

The food was ok. The server was extremely polite and courteous. I always enjoy the casual atmosphere. My only complaint is that the seats are starting to get some real wear and tear to them. Hopefully they update the tables and chairs at some point! I ordered the Tamales with Pork. The Tamales were cooked to perfection however the pork wasn’t the best quality. The beans are typically runny, but the taste is good. The rice was fluffy, but the taste wasn’t 100%. A good manager could whip this place into shape in no time!

I love the tacos here ! They have a huge covered patio area. There is live music on weekends. I was seating immediately and served my chips and salsa. Drink came out quick. I had questions about some tacos and was helped to pick the best ones! Great service and great food! This is a very convenient location too. If you want some good tacos get the steak fajita taco platter. 5 tacos with steak fajita meat with cilantro and onions, your choice of corn or flour. When I tell you amazing !!! The photo speaks for itself !! This was a spectacular experience! Great food & great service & very quick! Will defiantly be back! It was empty on my side when I sat down but quickly filled up with people by the time I was leaving!

We were staying at the hotel next door so walked over for dinner. The margaritas were good but the carnitas and carne asada were excellent. The chips not so much, thick and dry but the salsa was nice and spicy. We sat at the bar and watched the bartender work her butt off. We would definitely come back.

The atmosphere was great, especially if you eat outside on the patio. You can play your music on the Bluetooth and create a vibe. They also have great accent lighting as well. I recommend getting the frozen margaritas….well worth the price and will definitely make you feel great.

We were traveling through from California and stayed at the Hilton next door and decided to have dinner at Nicky’s. Our waiter Antonio was awesome! Very attentive. He made me the best Margarita ever! We ordered the Molcajete for 2 and it was delicious!!! He made a delicious warm salsa!! We asked him to come to California and open a restaurant! Truly great food!! Great service!! Gracias Antonio!!

Had the street tacos, have them make one with each meat so you can try the variety. One of the few Mexican Restaurants around that has salsa with some heat. Service was good and kept an eye on us to take care of us quickly.
