What a pleasant surprise! My husband and I visited Nick’s Place on New Year’s Day, we were wondering around Winthrop when we decided to check this place out, and let me tell you, it was the perfect way to start 2023: mouthwatering food, we had the best fried calamari, lobster roll and grilled salmon. What really made the difference was the extremely kind and friendly staff, Gabriella took care of us and made us feel like special guests ⭐️ We can’t wait to go back! I would strongly recommend to dine-in to enjoy the unique atmosphere the place has to offer!

All the reviews seems good, but my food wasn’t. Got an Italian with everything on it, was just hots and less meat than I highschool sandwich. Garden salad had what seemed like a whole red onion and shredded American cheese (weird) , pasta with frozen meat balls and limited sauce and somehow jalapeno poppers where $18?

If I could give 100 stars, I would. What exceptional service and food! Gabriella was absolutely amazing; very attentive and provided outstanding customer service. The portion sizes are huge and well worth the price. I also had a chance to meet George, one of the owners and he was so nice and welcoming. There is also plenty of free parking, great music and quick service. Would definitely recommend everyone to come here.

You know how as a tourist you want go somewhere local and unique, and you pay little more than you’re used to and when your food comes out you wonder how much work actually went into this meal? Well that’s not Nick’s Place. Nick’s place is the exact opposite where they do care about the food and the customers. Gabriella was the best! My wife and I had to sit down at a booth to look at the menu because there was so much to choose from. Gabriella came over and helped us pick something out. My wife got the honey BBQ chicken in a wrap and I had the honey BBQ steak in a calzone. Phenomenal! Both were. Should have taken a picture but we ate it too fast! Then Gabriella brought us fried dough with powdered sugar and they were delicious! My wife and I had spent 8 days in the Boston/Cape Cod area for vacation, and this was by far the best place we ate at.

The food was DELISH! Our faves were the roast beef sandwich, Mac n cheese, dough bites and chicken tenders. Service was very friendly and fast! Will definitely be back. Great way to start our trip.

Had the lobster roll with well done steak fries and the Greek lemon soup. It was SOOO yummy! The lobster claw meat was so sweet and tangy, the fries were nice and crispy, the soup was spot on! The ladies around the shop were so pleasant and kind to us for being tourists! Thanks Nicks place for amazing food and service! Shout out to gabriella working at the register

The menu is vast…we got the pasta and the fisherman’s plate (which is not for one person lol). The food was fresh and delicious. Gabriella was the kindest kindest people I have ever seen in a customer facing role. Excellent service and we met George, one of the owners. Gabriella and George made us feel like family. I am blown away by the food and the service. Way better than I ever expected.

We recently visited Nick’s place on vacation from Tennessee. My brother-in-law frequents Nick’s and incited us to go. We were BLOWN AWAY by the delicious food AND service!!! Gabriella treated us like royalty, waiting on us hand and foot. We also got to meet George, the son of the owner. Everything we ate was fresh and delicious: pizza, salad, calzone, wings, chicken tenders AND they surprised us with complimentary FRIED DOUGH They were so accommodating and we felt at right at home with our first night in Boston. We will definitely come back when we visit again! ❤️❤️❤️

This place has everything on their menu (like overwhelmingly so) and EVERYTHING I’ve had so far is amazing. Beat the clock pizza on Monday is a reason to try it but their food quality and their friendly staff are the reasons to keep going and supporting on other nights!
