used to order 4 or 5 times a week from here. as the prices started to Skyrocket i have been ordering less and less also because the food has gone WAY DOWNHILL even some moldy items but the last straw was when i got the new menu today and saw the prices upped yet again! its actually cheaper to go to a steakhouse for a real dinner for 2 than to order 2 steak subs delivered…seriously? LOWER YOUR PRICES AND UP THE QUALITY BEFORE THERE IS NO NICKS PLACE !!! i miss the old nicks place i loved soooo much

20 minutes ahead of estimated delivery time. My kids informed me that the pizza rolls are perfect and yummy. I thought the mozzarella sticks were slightly above average. I haven’t tasted my buffalo chicken calzone yet, but the extra blue cheese I requested is in my order. This place is already killing their local competition just based on the fact that I received everything that I ordered on time (earlier) and in completion. Thanks guys! You will get a 5 star if you are consistent from here on out! Driver was professional and friendly as well. Cheers

My bf and I used to love ordering from here and used to order here almost every week. But the prices and fees have gotten so incredibly out of hand. $15 bucks for some mozzarella sticks? Until the prices come down… I’m sorry but you won’t be getting any of our business. I hope you read this review and think about lowering your prices to a reasonable amount. Because we used to love you guys and would love to continue business with you again.

I usually have a good experience here. Last time I placed an order for delivery the person on the phone was in such a hurry to get off the phone that he didn’t write down that I was ordering for delivery. He didn’t even take my name. I’m thinking they must have it all on file when I called from previous orders. An hour and a half later I decided to call because I had ordered two pizzas and a side. They had me down for pick up. I reiterated that it was delivery. The girl said to me it will be delivered in a few minutes. BTW, she had the wrong order. Then, 5 minutes later I get a call asking me to pick up my order because it’s been sitting here for an hour. I reiterated again I just spoke with someone and it was supposed to be delivered. It Finally arrived, cold and with a bottle of soda. I’m not new to this town. Been going to Nick’s for 15 years. I’ve never had such terrible service. Just a lot of unnecessary frustration after an extremely long work week.

The food is good but if you order it for delivery you don’t pay only for your food, state taxes, and tip to the driver, they charge you also a $3.00 delivery plus almost $1.00 for a local fee…what is this local fee for????….why do you have to give a tip to the driver when you are paying already a $3.00 for delivery???…when I added the delivery charge plus the local fee plus the state taxes plus the driver fee, I paid more the 40 % of the cost of my food…unbelievable!!!!

Food is always good at Nicks but the wait time needs work. Called ahead, was told 15 minutes, arrived in 20 and still had to wait another 15. On top of that the young lady at the register had an attitude. Wasn’t a very nice experience this time around.
