Subs, pizza, RB sandwiches are awesome!! Little disappointed with onion rings. Quantity and quality has gone down. But still my go to place in Stoneham- Wakefield area!! Their chicken rice soup is delicious! Goes great with a RB sandwich!!

I never order out and when I do l ONLY order from Nick’s. But lately it has been off! I just got an order last night and it was cold and the Greek salad had no onions nearly enough lettuce the chicken fingers were dry and it cost me $30.00 for the two. I was not going to order anything again because last time the pizza (witch is the only one I would eat because they WERE THE BEST all the cheese was slid off to one side in my delivery and when I called to let them know they responded that they are busy) I also ordered two steak tip salads and I was honestly disappointed no dressing and I had asked for no carrots or peppers and they put it on both my husband can’t come in contact with peppers so that was money down the drain!!!!! I just lost both my mom and dad with in 4 months and I just have not been up to cooking steak or making a salad. I am not sure what had changed but it was my go to when I did not feel like cooking. The part that when I called all 3! Times they did not care they are busy and hung up.

i had fond memories of this place. I Just moved back to wakefield and was excited to get my favorite, a roast beef three way. Absolutely HORRIBLE. The “cooks” in the back are laughing and screwing around the entire time, while they dont have a moment to take some pride in what they are doing. The beef was cold , the mayo was slathered on so thick thats all you could taste, almost no sauce, and grossest yet is the mayo was gelled, you know like its been sitting around all day… will not be going back soon and i am sick to my stomach while writing this…. sad

Nicks had excellent food. They still do but have become so busy that their customer service is no longer a priority. Sometimes you get what you asked for but they are mostly inconsistent.

I got a chicken parm sub And it was delicious as was my pizza roll unfortunately the large fries I got had absolutely no salt on them in they do not give me salt to put on them they Got thrown away because neither of us likes them that’s toobad because I got a size large and it was more expensive and we threw them out

The food is great, great prices. They do make a few mistakes on orders. I’ve ordered a pizza half toppings half cheese and gotten all toppings. Be warned: apparently their regulars know this (even though I order here all the time), their online menu says 8 free toppings for a small or large pizza. We got exactly 8 and got surcharged 3 dollars. We got two proteins (chicken and steak which counts as two apparently but this is not explained on the site so we chose them not knowing). I don’t think it’s fair to upcharge it if is not clearly stated and we ordered exactly what they offered. Again, good place and decent customer service however, they did not offer to refund the money which I would have appreciated considering this is a choice the business has made to not disclose to their customers and then choose to charge them for.
