Honestly, I was tired of walking /shopping and had gotten hangry, so as we sat on the wooden picnic table in the best sunlight and Boulder warmth I gazed upon the corner establishment emanating fresh baked dough and cheese and wings. It was Nick-N-Willy’s. The pizza slice is built right before you and the wings are roasted to perfection almost indistinguishable from the fried version. The sauces are in bottles in the condiment section. The prices were fair and my spouse and I shared the single portion size. Also they do take-and-bake as well. The perfect hangry on the go food item.

Some of the best pizza I have ever had. They make the pizza right in front of you and it’s amazing. Fun talking to the workers as well.

He looked baked. No offense if that wasn’t the case. Anyway I was ignored amongst them helping two sets of folks before me when I was ready before both sets and was there before one set. I didn’t have time to deal with whatever was going on there. Bummer y’all. I like the pizza though.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!! Among the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Better pizza could be acquired cheaper whole, frozen or not, than I paid for one slice. Even the salad was terrible. My first bite of the pizza was just a mouthful of burnt, the dough was dry and hard all over, the toppings overly salty and rubbery. The tomatos in my salad were way under ripe, and the onions on top were cut in rounds, forcing me to pluck them out and cut them up and put them back on so I could eat it correctly. The lettuce leaves were humongous, forcing me to slurp it up like some sort of salad speggetti. Overall poor eatability. I feel pretty cheated. The sign inside probably proclaiming this to be the best pizza in Boulder as voted over 25 times tells me I’ll have to leave town to get pizza.

I’ve had some great pizza in the US and all over the world… but there is a special character to Nick-N-Willy’s. Eating a slice or a whole pie is about the experience this business provides.

When I placed the order, I didn’t realize that it was a Take and Bake place. They were nice enough to bake it for me while I waited. The pizza was good, but nothing out of the ordinary to justify the high price point. Worth a try if you want to checkout a new place. Probably won’t be returning.

I am a lil’ tipsy right now, but the service is speedy and great. The tomatoes on my pizza were fresh and the dough was great. If you want to come on down, then come on down !

Really great cheese pizza slice. I had the zesty garlic sauce instead of the red sauce. 4 stars only bc I prefer a more hand tossed. This was thin crust but still good.

Nick N Willy’s has always been my go to place when I didn’t have time to cook–like today. No more. I ordered a Thai Pie. The poultry had not been marinated and it looked and tasted like turkey, not chicken. One taste, and no one else would eat it. Everyone was surprised. When I called, he said that it was rotisserie chicken instead of their usual grilled chicken, but everyone felt it was turkey. It was disgusting. Nick N Willy’s has been around forever because of their consistently good food. They need to rethink what they are doing.

Gross. Frozen pizza is better. It was undercooked, the peppers and onions on top were thick and crunchy. The cheese tasted like processed cheese. The crust tasted like cardboard. It was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. We literally threw it away and went and got dinner elsewhere.
