I went inside to order a sandwich from Quiznos and then I went to pay at the register. MIMI was checking me out and I asked her “hey do I pay separately for the drink and chips because I didn’t see any combo button?” She gave me attitude and made me feel stupid for asking. Then I said okay well I didn’t know that and then she said you don’t have to be extra and that she don’t argue with kids. I’m an adult and you need to learn customer service. She says she’s the manager. Terrible experience and terrible way to treat customers. You need to learn how to approach customers or learn the steps of being a manger, because you sure have a pour attitude. Very shallow person. Thanks for giving me a bad experience for just checking out at the register.

I went in Thursday and was offered a sample of chicken because of my “Think Happy Thoughts” shirt, the cashier was so nice to me and had no clue the kind of day I was having. He offered me a whole chicken wing and French fries as a sample saying you had to have fuel for happy thoughts, the interaction alone made my day. After getting in the car I tried the chicken and OMG, so good! I’ve found a new lunch spot going through Lakewood Ranch. Thank you all so much for your continuous kindness and yummy food.

I just went to this place and wanted to use the restroom, but they said they were closed. I read a few reviews and one said they were closed for over a few hours for “cleaning” and they sat there and watched them do nothing. If you’re going to be “closed for cleaning” then don’t say you’re open 24 hours. Like, why are you closed just cause you’re “cleaning”? You’re open 24 hours!

Nick & Moes is the best multi-concept stores in the market! Not just a quick shop or gas station, but includes several milti-concept restaurants as well, including allot of my favorites since i was a kid, like Pizza Hut & Quiznos. As well as allot of deli foods. They have the best wings close by which offer, not just buffalo, but jerk, parmasean garlic, and BBQ as well. They also have the Tri-clean gasoline at a very affordable rate. Very pleasent experience! Hope to see more of their stores around here…

Overnight cashier is horrible. She is disrespectful and kicked me and a coworker out of the store because we were there to long (3 minutes) we were not being disrespectful or anything. Not sure what her problem was but not a good experience and will never go back. Then manager asks if I’m local as if that has something to do with the quality of service they provided.
