I had a very good lunch here yesterday. My first time so I went basic Bacon cheeseburger with half and half. It was very good. Fresh onion rings and I love the season fries mine a little over cooked but I love crispy fries. My son had the Bird dog plate and he said it was very good. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was very clean. I will definitely return to try more menu items.

The food is good for what it is. I’ve tried various things. Obviously I recognize some days will be better than others with nailing it everytime. It’s got some of my cheat meal cravings for pretty good prices. My main issues are the consistent inaccuracy of my orders and how long they take for both dine in and pick up. Called in two meals this last time, she asked me about the toppings on one of them. Picked it up and they said only one meal was called in…. The one with the toppings wasn’t on the slip when she specifically asked me about them and the other was just fish?? So then we had to wait for them to rush that order. We’ve eaten in house. Always an error there as well as everytime we’ve picked up. I’ve seen other reviews about the young staff that run the place and I’m glad they have a work opportunity but I’ve had the same experience. It seems as though they never quite know what’s going on since we’ve been going here over the last year. Always friendly staff but lots of them running around with confusion and the orders still take 20-35 minutes to pump out. They do nickel and dime you on sauces, extra tartar was a dollar. Wasn’t informed of that and was surprised to see it when your getting a fish meal. I’ll def continue going as I like the food but it’s going to be less unfortunately. I hope they can figure out the staffing, accuracy and timeliness of orders.

Super fresh hot hand pattied burger on a toasted bun. French fries were crinkled, seasoned, and hot. Very good!

Nick Henry’s food is great but unfortunately the customer service from Kim was far from great. To start with we order from there atheist once a week. almost every time there is items left off our order. I never complained because when I order from there I’m leaving work from a twelve hour shift so I’m tired and just want food and get home. so after an on-going problem with items such as salad dressing, butter and sour cream, etc… missing from our order I decided to call and complain. I live 20 minutes from Nick Henry’s. Kim spoke to the kitchen head cook and I was told that all they could do is have me drive back to get the missing items. I told Kim I was not driving back after a twelve hour shift. She said, “I’m sorry mam you should have checked your bags.” I feel this is poor customer service.

Had a hot dog and a bird dog. Hot dog was boiled disappointment , bird dog was chopped chicken from some OLD bird. Wife had a hamburger steak and the onions were rotten. 0/10 if you like this place you’re probably obese

You can’t go wrong with the pita birg dog! It’s definitely nothing facy, but it hits the spot. Their seasoned fries are also amazing, and I HIGHLY recommend their homemade ranch! Not a place you’d go for the atmosphere, but worth a try!
