I should have checked before coming in. Soups are overpriced, and taste is bland. If you want hot water for $15 bucks or pay $31 for two bowls of hot water then come here. Their service sucks, and their menu too. I went here, got 2 soups because they were only serving soups. So the rest of their menu was just there for nothing. If I could put zero stars I would.

We walked in at 10:30 am and chairs are not set up. When we were about to order we were told ONLY soup are available.. When I ordered “pho with grilled chicken” I was told that was not available. We ordered another choice of Pho. The Pho is the worst Pho we ever had. The music they were playing is full of explicit words. We did not finish our food and ended up throwing it away. The cook acted like had a hangover and bad night. People that walked in to order, walked out. We regret dining in Nibi Pho Bistro.

Ordered beef and beef ball noodle soup. The portion is small but sufficient for a light lunch.

I like to give restaurants with bad reviews the benefit of the doubt but in this case completely warranted, multiple people were served before me that came in well after me… the pho broth is tasteless and it is super expensive, with over cooked meat and barely any of it. I ordered the banh mi not knowing the price and paid 13 plus tax for the worst banh mi I’ve ever had, which is also the most expensive banh mi I’ve ever had. I’m not sure why you don’t just try harder and fix your issues? It should have been amazing. See photo of said most expensive banh mi. She did offer to correct it when I said something but by that point the bread and everything was cold and had a mix of cold and hot meat with no flavor

Just tonight, I ordered the vegan tofu spring rolls to-go for $12.95 plus the vegan steak and rice. When I opened the spring rolls I found out that there was NO tofu in it. It was basically just lettuce, cucumber and tomato wrapped in rice paper. The lady could have let me know that there was no tofu anymore, but she didn’t….$13 for 3 pieces of lettuce? Never again…I didn’t bother to go back because I heard that the lady owner is RUDE and I don’t want to deal with it. Lesson learned…

In the area for a fun-good work retreat, I have to find a Vegan option for lunch. I find the food court then head to Nibi Pho Bistro hoping for Vegan options like other Pho restaurants I’m familiar with have (Vegan in general, not the same exact meals/recipes). Lo and behold, an employee makes me aware of the Vegan options, and I order the Vegan Steak on Rice! The fruits and vegetables are crisp, firm, and juicy: tomatoes like fresh apple slices, onions and peppers soft like vegetable marshmallow slices with a gentle firmness though full of good flavor especially with rice, the Vegan Steak like veinless steak without toughness though with a texture pleasurable to chew, and the rice really only tastes good with everything else (otherwise, it’s decent rice, soft though seemingly like a canvas for the other ingredients). Outdoor dining is available though for the entire courtyard. Indoor dining is available and chill (at least during my visit). I have a good customer service experience.

The WORST walk-in place I’ve ever been to!

flavor was just ok but not very well run. No condiments ie – oyster sauce, siracha, soy sauce. Also out of 15-20 items on the menu they literally only had 5 soups. so spring rolls, no appetizers, nothing. not worth the cost. could be better but i’ll never know.

This place taste Nothing like the Pho I use to eat, avoid this place every possible way!The beef is so old, hard to chew, and it is taste nothing like beef. They forgot to put source on my order, if you think it is tasteless, you better go back and ask them to put some source on it

Super cool place, was looking for a place to eat on a cold day that was not to crowded and decided that some soup would be nice. Chose this establishment and got greeted by a worker. I was able to look through the menu without being rushed finally came to the conclusion on a Beef soup, an order of egg roles and a passion fruit green tea. Over all my food came out to be pretty good! Soup had some nice pieces of beef wile containing some warm broth, egg roles were nice and crunchy! Ended up ordering a second drink to go for my sister! Good experience Definitely would come back
