People at the counter are extremely nice and sweet. I feel like they’ve been the sweetest of any cafe I’ve been to ! I got the Vietnamese egg coffee and it was very good. The way they served it, it felt like an experience. They have a mobile app and mobile app pickup option. Small place inside but lot of outdoor seating. Very cute place. They have free dog treats, books, board games. Food is served only until 1pm.

Nice and quiet place to hang out, work or read a book. Staff was very friendly and welcoming! I had coffee and butter croissant there and had a take out coffee and they added a nice little touch by adding a pretty flower! Overall amazing experience

Love this place. Quaint and quiet little cafe with great drinks and food. The best part are the crew who are just the friendliest and warmest! It was my first time but I was astounded by how the lady at the counter remembers the names of all the other guests – all of whom are regulars. The only downside is the one hour Wi-Fi limit. Perhaps two hours would work well. Will nonetheless be back again if I’m around town.

The Havanna latte is the best latte around. I visited the downtown Lowell location this time with the same great results. Great latte and friendly staff.

This place is amazing! We got the chocolate croissant, cranberry muffin, Lychee Fruit Tea, and Vietbrew. I highly suggest – everything was so good, and make sure to warm up the bakery items!

Great little cafe with excellent service and baristas, serving Tiny Arms, a local roaster who has garnered national acclaim.

Absolutely charming small cafe. A hidden gem in downtown Lowell. Try the Vietnamese coffee iced for an amazing coffee experience. They have small breakfast burritos too that are grilled like paninis and taste just as amazing. Small inside but cozy and comfortable seating along with ample outdoor seating. It’s right next to Tasty Dumpling which I will try next time. You can’t miss with this!

The coffee is so good I drive over an hour to get it. And the customer service is even better. Everyone who works there is amazing and so helpful from explaining the different coffee styles and allowing you to sample some before you commit. I can’t visit Lowell with out stopping by for a coffee.

Don’t judge a book by its cover… Or surroundings. It may seem like a sketchy area from the outside, but it actually was a really nice experience. The staff were super nice and inviting, and they are really good at making drinks! I recommend checking them out if you’re in the area for just a quick stop or if you’re a UMASS student.

Nibbāna is not only a wonderful little coffee shop, but a staple in the Lowell community. The owner and staff go above and beyond every day. They prioritize supporting other small local businesses (locally roasted coffee and baked goods). Can not recommend enough!
