This place has such a cozy atmosphere. Tons of homemade things from clothes to soap to bread they have it all. The employees are kind and welcoming. Absolutely would go again. My favorite place to get breakfast definitely check it out if you haven’t!!

Soo adorable! Long tail (the grey cat) has my heart. Food was honestly not great but everything else was amazing and perfect for Fall. Loved loved loved the second floor. Recommend getting a latte to go and then walking around.

Amazing local farm, they won james beard award this year, which is no small feat to do honestly. They deserve it to, with a great lineup of food and an amazing home cooked foods area. They have the freshest meats you can buy locally.

Exactly what you would want, but rarely get, from a cute little farm restaurant/store in Maine. Their homemade cheeses were surprisingly good. Sandwiches were interesting and tasty, and they make a legitimate cappuccino. Wish we could have bought some of their frozen meat – lamb, beef, goat – as they had hard to find parts/offal at reasonable prices. Service was a little slow, but when you can sit outside in the beautiful scenery and pet the goats and baby lambs, who’s in a rush?

The concept and mission behind the farm is thoughtful. We love farm to table dining as it eliminates the unnecessary and highlights product that is seasonal. Country store had organic items to accompany their fresh goods. We ate lunch and had high hopes from recommendations and James Beard press release. My veggie burger with cheese lacked seasoning and while I appreciate a homemade plant based option it was a miss and lacked texture. The homemade bun was delicious as well as the fresh micro greens. My husband had the Ruben burger and enjoyed it. Staff if very friendly and extremely hospitable.

I specifically chose this place because I figured my out of state friend would LOVE it and I was not wrong. Breakfast was amazing and the goodies she got to bring back to Wisconsin were even more amazing.

When we first moved to Maine this was one of our favorite places! They always have fresh products, from dairy, fruit/veggies, meat, even desserts! They also have a kitchen where they serve food that is absolutely amazing! There’s an apothecary section that has a lot of great options for holistic needs as well.

Gorgeous, quaint general store & cafe. It smells amazing in there between the DELICIOUS food cooking and all of the soaps and lotions they have. Everything on the menu I’ve tried was EXCELLENT. The staff are very chipper and enthusiastic to answer any questions. TRY THEIR HOUSE SPECIAL LATTE (lavender/rosemary). Extremely varied selection downstairs, and what an explosion of knitted/crocheted/woven goods upstairs! Impossible to leave without one of those cute hats…I’ll be coming back.
