Ordered online, it said order would be ready in 15 minutes so I waited, showed up at the time for order to be ready. I made substitutions to my order online. When I arrived I waited another 30 minutes and my order was not correct. I told the cashier and she said “well that’s not they way we received order!” I showed her on my online order where I substituted the bread and added extra sauce. She refused to change it! They seemed to be understaffed and scrambling not only with my order but others as well. Didn’t even get apology for order being wrong the girl just shrugged her shoulders. Disappointed for sure.. good customer service is important.

Hands down, one of my favorite places to eat! It’s clean, very clean, all of the staff all friendly. Their bathroom are ALWAYS clean. Their high chairs are clean, they aren’t sticky, and full of dried up food everywhere. I love the atmosphere ! It is hip, casual, fun, and affordable. I love to get The Debra, it is my all time favorite. It is a great place for any occasion and the entire family! Come prepared to eat, and don’t forget to get something sweet!

Love Newks! Great, clean environment. Food is great! When I come here, I really like to stick with the Chicken Caesar Salad. The chicken Caesar Salad is really good. In the pictures attached, is a salmon Caesar salad. The salmon was good. However, I wouldn’t get the salmon on my salad again, just because I prefer my salad cold(er) and the warm salmon made my salad warm. It was still delicious though.
