My online order is usually never right and is missing something, especially the drink. When I go in person, the employees have been unfriendly and some don’t even acknowledge you or say “excuse me” when they need to reach over you to refill the food items.

Always loved Newk’s in the past! My daughter and I use to eat at this location 2 to 3xs a week. Unfortunately, this Monroe location has gone down hill. The employees have no clue what ingredients go in which salad. The last 5 visits our order was not correct. The worst part was my experience today. The employees were so rude and obviously did not want to be there and spoke to me and other customers so poorly. I will not return to the Tower Drive location again. So sad to see poor management and rude untrained employees ruin a not so long ago great place of business.

This place has gone downhill fast. I ordered a large “ultimate” salad to go. I waited about 20 min for my overpriced salad at a non rush time. Well, this is what i got. Certainly not very ultimate. My fork is bigger than this container and it is very shallow. In the past, the salads were twice this size and the service was atleast decent. Not a fan of this place anymore . Only reason they get 2 stars is because the salad i did get atleast had an ok taste

Great high quality salads with always fresh ingredients. The pizzas are also very good with crust on the thin side. They also have the best tomato soup. It’s often overly cold inside the restaurant in my opinion.
