I ordered pizza for my family . I got a chicken Alfredo and a sausage/pepperoni. The chicken Alfredo was perfectly fine . But as for the other …let’s say my Sausage was spoiled . I called them back to see if they can remake a pizza or reimburse me. The owner kept saying no and kept saying how much pizzas he makes in a a day. As a customer I honestly don’t care about how much you make in a day. I paid 20$ for BOTH PIZZA. And I wasn’t happy with one of them. Explain it to him and the owner disrespectfully hung up on me .

Staff are the best. Clean,friendly and reasonable prices. From the counter people to the cooks and the delivery drivers. Never had a negative experience there. Owner is very accommodating with special requests and the cooks follow instructions happily

Ordered online was inedible. Chunks of ham in ham and cheese sub. Bread hard. Chicken fingers smothered in BBQ asked plain. Fries soggy. Have ordered many times this was awful

This is my favorite pizza place around. My wife and I had a goal to each week try one new pizza place and rate each one similar to barstool. We tried NY Pizza and haven’t gone anywhere else. The pizza is delicious, ready usually in 20 minutes for pickup and the staff is fantastic.
