Sandwich was good, not great. Iced latte was hot… I specified “iced” three times but apparently still wasn’t able to get the message across. Coffee was not freshly brewed and came out of a pitcher under the counter. Everything is quite dirty here. I thought it added to the NY authenticity and charm at first but after a very meh experience at best, Im not so sure…

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! The guy was so dirty! We got there he had just rung someone else up and made our sandwich without washing his hands. Place was dirty and filthy. 2 Sandwiches and a bag of chips was $40. Threw my sandwich away right after. If I could give O starts I would.

First time going here, we absolutely loved it!!! The bagels/ cream cheeses are so good. The shop owner is the nicest man, he hand makes everything right in front of you. I got the turkey, jalapeño cream cheese and cucumber sandwich on a garlic bagel and my fiancé got the chicken BLT. Huge slides of meat on both sandwiches, and on the BLT, the avocado was free!! We will definitely come back!!

This unassuming spot is amazing for us NYC transplants. My born-in-new york husband said his BEC on everything was “actually not bad” which is about the highest compliment he can give. Tons of cheese, bagel was perfectly toasted, just delicious.
