They’re human, they made a mistake on our order, but they made it right! The measure of a company is not if they make mistakes but how they handle mistakes when they happen. This place is top notch in my books and they’ll be seeing us again. Good pizza. My fave was their white pizza, then the margherita. The pineapple and cheese were a tad too salty for my liking. Don’t plan on dining-in, all the tables are outside. Prices were very reasonable, place was clean, staff were friendly. This place has great management!!

There’s know way this place has good New York pizza. My husband and I went into this place and they didn’t even acknowledge us and we were the only customers there. The pizza looked dry like it’s been sitting out all day. The store looked nasty. The place smelled like mold. Some of these good comments are lies.

NY, NY Pizza is honestly the best I’ve ever had, whether it’s this one or the Ybor location. As for the the review mentioning pre-made pizzas, I dont think they understood how most pizza joints break up the process so they can add your toppings, and have it hot and ready in 10 minutes.

My cousin ordered from here and was told 45-1hr for delivery. She had to wait 2 hours for a cold pizza and warm soda. They had the nerve to tell her it was fresh made, but the cheese wasn’t stringy at all. The driver said he had a lot of deliveries before getting here. After calling the store to find out what they’re going to do about it they did take some money off.

The pizza was great and I like a good crust, there is plenty of it and its risen, which it was the first time I ever ordered from there. But the second time I went, there was hardly any crust and the pizza was cold….even though I had to reheat it, it was still good.

My husband ordered the chicken parmigiana sub and said it was super dry. I got the stuffed shells and there was only 3 shells and waaaaaaaay to much cheese where I was easily choking on it from how thick it was. And sorry but that’s not worth $16 for just mainly cheese. Walmarts has better. The pizza we got wasn’t terrible. But sad to sad the fries and Mac and cheese bites were the only decent thing. definitely wouldn’t waste $100 here again

A large Grandma’s Pie with thick crust, a calzone with cheese + pepperoni, and 20% tip ran me $35. It’s all so delicious and very filling, definitely worth it. They also have individual slices, wings, salads, etcetera. And their owner/staff are really kind. AND it’s only 5 mins from my house! Thanks so much for a great experience!
