We are frequent customers of Burger Bar in Massapequa. The burgers and wings are excellent.They also have drink specials and a boardgame night. The manager always comes over and greets us, very professional. Today our waiter “Jordan” was very attentive, polite & courteous. Highly recommend this establishment.

As a huge burger fan, this is up there with the best. All of the burgers are expertly put together, the Black and Blue burger is one of my favorite meals ever. My wife gets the veggie burger and loves it. The food is consistently great every time and ALL of the food is great and great quality. Staff is always great too. Best burger place on Long Island as far as I’m concerned.

I was there once with a girlfriend. Had a burger, it was very good, and the service is good also. I’d go back if I’m ever in the neighborhood again. This bar is really designed for people in their twenties and early thirties, a demographic I no longer fit. LOL. But it’s nice.

2nd review 2022~I chose New York Burger Bar again because I have been here a few times and like the food and the atmosphere but tonight was different. We sat at the bar for drinks and dinner instead of the dining room. It was a nice switch up because we had the perfect bartender named Nino. He was very attentive and quite charismatic. He really added some unexpected fun to our night.

We had a baby shower here – the food was delicious and the tables arranged perfectly for socializing! Will, Jordan and Jen were wonderful – spacing appetizers, food, drinks and dessert, checking frequently to see if anything was needed. They provided areas for gifts and favors. I highly recommend having an event here!!

Great place! I will definitely be returning. Food was fantastic, my Kobe beef burger was cooked to perfection. I loved the sweet potato fries with marshmallow dipping sauce, drink menu great too this is a good place to stop if you are in the area for a nice selection of burgers and drinks!

I’m not a huge fan of giving 5 stars with only one visit. I plan on visiting again to see if my 2nd visit is as good as the first. I was extremely pleased with the food, service, and atmosphere. To be honest, the outside appearance doesn’t look anything special, so I wasn’t expecting too much. The food was awesome and in good portion and quite reasonably priced. I’m not sure of proper terms but they opened the front door/window so it was sorta like eating out doors. Staff was great and friendly.

This place is great with one minor problem, the bathrooms are not the most well kept. The food is great, I recommend the Brooklyn Cyclone burger or the North Shore burger. The service and atomosphere is wonderful! Overall a good experience.
