Food was amazing at first and now it is not! Their customer service sucks. Order a pan crust pizza and received a hand tossed instead. Manager did not want to correct the order, so I had to place another order for the pan crust pizza and it was still not the right pizza. She continued to argue with me instead of fixing the issue.

I really never have a problem with the food but today my food was cold the delivery driver called me three times and still wasn’t here I called the restaurant and they acted as tho I was wrong for asking where my $50 worth of food was at!! Very disappointed tonight and the driver looks like he was on drugs I understand needing help but when dealing with people and food good customer service is a must and good drivers that know how to use a gps.. and I don’t even leave reviews but they mad me mad!! Of and the driver didn’t give me my soda on to the next store for me

Ordered a 2 ft cheesesteak here too find a long hair in it not like it was on the top it was under the steak on the mayo! When called back was questioned and very rude then told too be honest I have brown and the other girl has red hair! As if I’m going too make this up we waited forever for it too be delivered and then too basically be called liars they have lost our business definitely !

Their food has just gone repeatedly worse. They sent a blt sandwich with nothing but white lettuce and thrown together with one toothpick only holding one half. Ordered a well done pizza and it arrived with balls of cheese where you couldn’t even see where the slices began. Oh it goes on ordered two chicken cheese steak hoagies and when they arrived it was two beef cheese steaks. My son was injured so we offered a few times in a row. I just don’t know how you consistently mess up orders. It’s so frustrating.
