The food is consistently very good and their prices are reasonable. If you call ahead for carryout, they quote your wait time accurately and make things very convenient.

Cashew chicken was very bland and little seasoning. Mostly cooked celery. The chicken pieces were very small and sparing in number. Carrots and peas seemed like they were from frozen. If I compare this to my favorite Thai place in IF or Panda Express, the value here is very low for a $15 entre. Service and atmosphere are good.

The worst Chinese food I have ever had.

The food here is awesome!! I had a combination dinner – Mandarin Chicken, pork chowmein, and crab wontons. Shared pork with hot mustard, seeds, and spicy catsup with friends.

Great food, but every now and then the food quality is somewhat over cooked. It really just depends on the day. We come back all the time though. Love their rice!

Listen. Do not skip on this Chinese food. Order the mandarin chicken with fried rice and wontons. #6 combo dinner. You’re welcome. 10/10 every time.

New Star is a solid choice for a quick lunch in Rigby. The lunch specials are a good value and are usually quick to come out. The beef lo mein is great if you don’t want a lunch special.

My family enjoys eating here! We love the sweet and sour chicken, chicken almond ding, and the spicy pepper beef. The chow mein here is the best chow mein I’ve had anywhere; it’s bean sprouts, celery and onions over the crunchy noodles and the flavor is delicious.
